Step 2: Ctrl+F to search for <meta content
Step 3: Paste the below italic code directly under it

Step 4: Now save your theme.

I saw meta content just as I scrolled a little down, but should I paste as u said immediately after it, I.e 'width=device-width. Or its the bottom of the that page you meant?
