Nairalanders I noticed on this travel section we don't have any forum for people that intend to travel to Canada just for visiting or tourism we only got Canada student visa forum and when people try to ask for help on there people don't render any help. The school will depend on the course you are going for, search for schools in Canada offering your intended course and check their respective admission requirements and funding(scholarship). Google will help you with that

Going for masters in a course related to public administration will be great, that way you don't need much convincing to do. If your grade isn't good enough to secure masters then go for PGD, but anything less than that will be almost impossible to scale through

You either write any of these English proficiency exams or go for their English language program ... which you’ll pay for.. personally I think that option is more expensive and it takes about 3-4 months to complete the program.. so to me,either TOEFL or IELTS is a better alternative.
