Dtruthspeaker:I didn't want to be the one to say this. Thank you for adding it right after my post. |
chucks185:Good question. But he has no concrete answer. His mission is very clear. |
Brethren, it's good to leave blasphemous people, (people who like finding faults with the Holy Bible, who would go to any length to twist the teachings and principles of the Holy Bible just to turn many to rebels or sway the weak into disobedience, unrighteousness and tools in the hand of the enemy (lawful captives)) in the ocean of their blasphemy. They know the truth but the devil their master will not allow them to freely express and live in the truth. Hence, their assignment is to make others abandon the truth too. Why not preach the words of your master? Oh, it won't sell. A better strategy would be to create confusion in the minds of Christians about the words of their own Master and as they start buying your lies you recruit them to go and deceive others, right? We know the game plan. Deceit and lies. Swim alone in your ocean of blasphemy. Swim well bros. |
I still believe that until the very last moment there will still be churches that would hold on to the true and undiluted practice of Christianity, no matter the pressure or persecution. |
constancefriday:That's what Kirk said in the video, but that's not what Phi 2:10-13 said. |

RexTramadol1:And you're very correct. |
budaatum:Fair enough. But ask Buda to prepare you a pool to wash your eyes so you'll see the OP was calling on his fellow Christians. Your sheep's clothing has been exposed, go outside and find another group you can deceive. |
budaatum:Ok, let me try to get you. One simple question... Are you a Christian? |
budaatum:Quoting scriptures doesn't make you a Christian. The devil himself knows the scripture. This makes you more like a wolf in sheep's clothing. The Bible has asked us to be wary of the devises of the enemy. One of such devises is using the scripture for deceptive purposes. You've already been exposed and marked. |
budaatum:You're now quoting Buddha on a Christian topic. Can this get any more interesting? Wait a second...budaatum, Buddha...I see the correlation. Now you've been exposed. Please, take your teachings elsewhere. Stop trying to deceive God's people. |
budaatum:After asking us to discard Paul's teachings, you're now quoting a teaching (purportedly by Matthew, another Pastor). This is ridiculous! Please stop deceiving people. |
budaatum:I don't believe this. Moses wrote Genesis and Paul wrote the 2 books of Corinthians. Moses wrote by the inspiration of the Holy ghost and Paul led of the same Holy ghost quoted him and we should discard that? As in, we should leave the Bible and believe you? Well done. Please, stop deceiving people. |
Kobojunkie:Kobo the junkie on the beat. First off I want to let you know that Jesus had/has power over the devil: Hebrews 2:14 (KJV) Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And He cast out the devil here: Mark 7:26-30 (KJV) The woman was a Greek, a Syrophenician by nation; and she besought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter. But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs. And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs. And he said unto her, For this saying go thy way; the devil is gone out of thy daughter. And when she was come to her house, she found the devil gone out, and her daughter laid upon the bed. And He gave same power to His disciples: Luke 9:1 (KJV) Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases. And oh, the devil is Satan...I know you still don't know this: Revelation 20:2 (KJV) And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, |
Miyah1:There's what is called Godly sorry. It causes us to hate sin or feel remorse for our wrong doings and encourages us to love righteousness. If you feel this way, then by the help of the Holy Spirit, start a ministry or something to reach out to those still trapped in that lifestyle. You could find your very calling fulfilling this one task. |
budaatum:Please let's correct this teaching. God created man in His own image, God is not physical, but man had to be to take care of God's creation. See how the Bible put it: Genesis 2:5-8 (KJV) And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground. But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground. And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.Genesis 2:5-8 (KJV) And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground. But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground. And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. To answer the question of the first man, see what the scripture says: 1 Corinthians 15:45-47 (KJV) And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. |
Lukuluku69:I was using your post to correct the other post I quoted. |
Redomi:Given your previous example, I would say you're mixing things up. Are you trying to say even when one becomes born again he'll suffer for the wrong he did when he was a sinner? Then your example of David didn't even help because he was already walking with God when he committed murder. Despite the murder, God still called him His friend. God didn't kill him like your initial statement sounded (that you'll get whatever you did). Now, my example of Saul of Tarsus: Saul's blindness was as a result of his encounter with Christ. Even if you still say he was made blind because of his atrocities, at that point he was not born again. Everything he suffered from the point he received his sight was for the gospel and not because of his past life. Again, God didn't kill him for killing Christians. Please, stop mixing things up. The bible encourages us to help build the faith of our brothers when they're weak not to put the spirit of fear in them. Modified: Even though the Bible says: Galatians 6:7 (KJV) Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. The Bible also says: Hosea 10:12 (KJV) Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you. You have a better chance of obtaining God's mercy when you walk with Him than when you walk in the way of the world. @Redomi, this modified part above is my point. There's a difference between Knowing Bible stories, Reading the Bible and studying the Bible. 3 different levels. |
Redomi:How did Saul of Tarsus suffer for persecuting Christians after he became born again? Like I said it's not always the case, doesn't mean it's not true. No need for a debate. Remember, God said He'll show mercy to whomever He will. |
Redomi:This is not always true...the below quote explains better. Lukuluku69:If you're born again then you're no longer a slave to sin (or your past life). Romans 6. If your repentance is genuine then you have a new life in Christ. 2Cor 5:17. Live this new life by the word of God and the teachings of Christ and His disciples (study the epistles and the other books that teach more about Christian values). Partner with and be filled with the Holy Spirit. The more of the Spirit in you, the less likely you'll think of your past life and be troubled. The more fulfilling you'll be as a Christian. |
Saintinoo:It is obvious her good sides far outweigh her bad sides. Here are some things I want you to note: 1. No human will be 100% what you want in a person. If you think they are now, soon you'll see the faults. 2. Not to generalize, but I think her issues are typical with a lot of females. So if you abandon her because of them for another lady that you think doesn't have them, remember 1. 3. Her problems are mostly emotional. Don't overtolerate this. You just need a little wisdom to handle this properly. 4. You have to up your mind games too without sounding like you're quarrelling or fault-finding. 5. Never tolerate any form of disrespect, whether to you or others. Always try to teach her a more respectful and reasonable way to handle issues that get to her wrongly. You have a good woman, work out the rest. |
