F00028: are these two the only ones you know?

"Imagine what $10 billion would
do if invested in the electricity sector..."

$16 billion has already been spent on the power sector between 1999 and 2007 but na Abacha $10b dey chook ur eye....mtcheeeew!
Are you sure it's $16 billion? Don't be deceived by the media. The government may have claim to spend that amount on the power sector from 1999 to date, but friend, what was really spend was far more less than $6 billion dollars in actual amount. You have no idea of the massive corruption in the power sector in Nigeria.

Politics › Abacha The Smart Thief by deeobserver209(op): 11:13am On Jul 07, 2013
It will intrest you to know that more than half of the Abacha loot has not been recovered. Report has it that as much as $10 billion are still hiding in foreign bank account.
Nigeria has a lot of smart people. Unfortunately some are just smart for the wrong reasons.
Imagine if Abacha were still alive, would all these massive loot have been discovered? By the way let's not forget the big man himself his Excellency Mr Corruption Ibrahim Babangida. People may wonder why this guy is not investigated and put behind bars. Well the guy simply knew how to cover his tracts. As the longest serving military leader for nine years only God knows how much he stole while in office. The fact that he even step down immediately after June 12 reinforced the fact that he must have stolen more than enough.
For Abacha, if not for his untimely death would have bought the continent of Africa from his loot.
It's so unfortunate that leadership in Nigeria has become a synonymous with corruption and looting. Imagine what $10 billion would do if invested in the electricity sector. Imagine if those monies where invested in Agriculture. Imagine what will happen if these funds were sinked into the education sector. No one knows how to steal better than the Japanese . But wait. The Japanese only steal for their country. They have stolen technology from the west. Today Japan has a very high standard of living. Instead of the Smart Nigerian ones to go out and steal valuable information and technology to better the lives of our people, they're busy stealing from their own country men and women. Imagine if Abacha used his special skill to steal technology and investment from the west! Nigeria would have been developed by now.
It's time our leaders borrow the skills of Abacha and steal Technology, wealth and information from the west to Nigeria. Let us learn the Japanese and Korean example.

Well, today its a different story. Rihanna has changed. She no longer sing in the choir. She no longer wears those decent clothes she was known for. She now parties alot with JayZ. Performs lapdance to men at tours.
Ever since she join show business her life changed. Rihanna is no longer the girl I used to know. She is now a good girl gone bad.

Its very surprising to see people here making all kinds of religious condemnable comments as if they themselves are Holly. We all have our own weakness. If a brother is seeking help the least we can do is show him love. Encourage him in a way that will challenge him to quit the old ways. Resorting to name calling and insults only makes you a pharasee and a hypocrite. For all have sinned and fall short to the glory of God (Rom 3:23)

Health › Re: Reasons why you must have sex everyday by deeobserver209(m): 12:27pm On Jul 04, 2013
That's very very true. I myself observed that married couples who don't have sex regularly aged quickly compared to those who do it regularly.
Also I discovered that couples who have sex regularly are more relaxed and happy. They appear more healthy and full of life compared to those who don't.
Nature is indeed a medicine on it's own.
Food › Re: Why Does Jollof Rice Get Burnt When Stirred? by deeobserver209(m): 12:18pm On Jul 04, 2013
The answer is simple. Heat. During cooking must of the oil is ejected upward by vapour gas through heat to allow for the proper cooking of the grain. When you stir rice during cooking, you introduce the oil which was ejected back to the bottom of the pot. This causes intense heat build up around the base of the pot leading to the burning of the rice. You know what happened when heat and oil is mixed together. That is why it's advisable after mixing all your ingredients you must not stir the rice until when it's done.

Music/Radio › Re: E-x-p-o-s-e-d!- Don't Ever Watch Or Listen! by deeobserver209(m): 10:19am On Jul 04, 2013
Personaly am not bothered by the movie Copus Christi. The movie The Da Vinci Code is also one of them. Some Christians will be surprised at this but the movie Passion of Christ is one of them too. Do you know who invented the Hollywood movie industry? Do you honestly think that any one from Hollywood would produce a movie worthy of our Lord Jesus Christ?. Do not be deceived. I have done a Background check on the movie The Passion of Christ and I was amazed that some of the actors where of surprising background. Even porn stars where among the actors. Before you begin to think I have lost my mind go and do a thorough search of the movie on Google. YOU WILL NEVER WATCH ANY RELIGIOUS FILM AGAIN!
Hollywood is Satanic right from the beginning so don't expect any religious film coming out of Hollywood to be anything better. The Lord himself said all of these things will happen at the close of time. We should never worry about these movies. Instead we should worry about whether our names are written in the book of life.
Christianity Etc › Re: Why Only Muslims Are Call Terrorists. by deeobserver209(m): 10:01am On Jul 04, 2013
Are you know saying that members of Boko Haram are not terrorist? Are they not the ones killing innocent people barbaricaly in the name of Islam? Are they not the ones bombing churches in the name of Islam? I know there are many Christians perpetrating criminality too, but they never did it in the name of Christianity. You can say all you want. You are entitled to your own opinion. But we know people who shout 'Allahu Akbar before going on to unlish terror on helpless villagers in plateau state. What about the two sisters who were brutally murdered becos they posted videos of themselves dancing in the rain on Utube in Pakistan?

I xperienced this too. Etisalat 3G network has not been working properly for over one week now. Don't know what happened. Right now am managing with MTN 3G and its not as good as Etisalat network at all. MTN is a painfully slow network. Etisalat 3G is far more superior to MTN 3G network.

Foreign Affairs › Re: The Sins Of Morsi by deeobserver209(m): 8:58am On Jul 04, 2013
Even though I don't condone military coup the ouster of President Morsi was what the people want. Government is for the people not to some few individuals. The Muslim brotherhood tried to exclude the opposition and create a sort of civilian dictatorship. That is not a way to go. The Egyptian people irrespective of their religion, ethnicity and background deserve quality representation. Their rights must be protected.
I always maintain that governance must be not be mixed with religion. It will only breed out religious bigotry and criminality. That is the mistake Nigeria is currently doing. We have allowed religion into politics. The results are there for everyone to see. The federal government has no business sending people to the Holy lands in Israel and Saudi Arabia with tax payers money. The federal government has no business building almajiri schools for a particular religion. The government has no business building places of worship with tax payers fund. These are some of the biggest mistake ever done in Nigeria. As a circular country the federal and state governments has no business partaking religious activities.
Unless we root religion out of politics and government, Nigeria could be an its way to anarchy.
