I've been praying to get a Job.
Last year, I got a banking job that pays me well...

I really do not know, I receive calls everyday from family and friends requesting financial assistance. I find it difficult to decline most of those requests.
I find it difficult to save. I feel I will be overwhelmed by these responsibilities if I don't take a stand. Its difficult for anyone to believe that I don't have money. I am a full time software engineer (Banker) in one of the leading banks in Nigeria.
I now appreciate how my parents were able to pay our fees and still meet our needs without complaining. Today, I find it difficult to pick calls because I know its always a request for money😔.

Dear family men (fathers and mothers), how do you cope with these responsibilities and still save money?
Sincerely, sometimes I feel overwhelmed.

Did you enjoy it?

I am about to buy my first car, and I'd love to go for a Toyota Camry(2008 - 2010). I work in Lagos but I stay in the North (I work remotely from home that's why I am able to stay outside Lagos).

I'd need a vehicle to enable me move around whenever I want to and I want a car with some class (lol). I feel a car is an essential need.

Will you advise me to buy a camry?
What other car do you think is better than a camry for a young guy starting out?

I have the two accounts currently. I use the conventional for my salary and I use the Sterling Alternative for my savings.

So I have saved up some money to buy my first car.
Cars are quite expensive now.
I have saved about 2.2M. I will have to buy a nigerian used car.

Kindly advice me on which one to buy.
My options are

Toyota Camry(2008 and beyond)
Toyota Corrolla (2005 and beyond)
Honda Accord
I also have great love for Hyundai Elantra(2011)

I have heard so many negative things about Honda which has given me a negative impression of Honda's

Please advice and recommend which of the vehicles will be a good first ride for me.
I can be able to go a little above 2.2 if its within my range.

I want to know the good and bad sides of each...

This might sound funny, but I am genuinely in need of answers.

Some weeks ago, my girl friend came around for the weekend. she spent 3 days in my place and
We had several rounds of sex. Within that period, I am so sure I ate food containing high calories.
Just three days after she left, people began to complain that I have lost much weight. I can't really explain the reason for this 'unexplained' weight loss.

Another thing again is that, within that period, I was having so much mental stress and anxiety due to my tight timelines to deliver an app for my work place. I had no time to rest properly, I work remotely(software developer) and it was one meeting after another through out the day and nights including the weekends to fix bugs in the app. This debugging was quite tedious and frustrating. it was draining me mentally because I am the lead engineer for the project and I was expected to solve every single problem. sex with my GF helped me ease the stress.

I am lost now on what the exact cause of my unexplained weight loss was.
