Now I know GEJ is the daftest human being on earth. He sent delegates to UN to support the killing of Ghadaffi didn't he? A lot of us voiced our concerns about Nigeria's involvement in the war. Didnt he see this happening? If I could see it; and I've never been into politics; how didn't all our politicians see it? I laugh at Nigeria. What a joke.
Now that Ghadaffi is dead, what is our gain from supporting the war? Uk got oil deals n France too. Nigeria got weapons to destroy its own Pple. How nice !

Tell him sir
omenka: The difference between an Excelero ans a Veyron is that a Veyron is a PRODUCTION car. The Veyron is the most expensive production car there is.
Car TalkRe: Picture Of Bugatti Veyron In Abuja. by defbond1: 9:47pm On Jul 01, 2012
Boss if you order your own Peugeot 407 and u pay 20 million does it make it the most expensive car in the world? The cars were specially ordered.
JayKayMaybachz: About 2-3 units of thah car has been in stock since 2005 ... Rapper Birdman payed $8million for the car... he owns... so by so maybach excelero is tha world most expensive cars... Rapper Rick Ross has ordered for one from the german company

I know what you mean. It's even possible he can do all he has mentioned but the truth he is still dumb.
I have a politician friend that just bought 3 houses in a row here. I have another one who has just recently got a private jet. All under 40. I don't doubt what people can do with money in nigeria. I was even there 2 months ago and saw a lot. But people shouldn't argue without getting their facts rights. Unfortunately Nigerians think the more money you have the wiser you get. Wrong mentality. Even If this guy can do all he said. I know for fact he's still dumb!when you get Money into the hands of fools you get a country called Nigeria

londoner: Lol....just be calm.

Many of us who were either born and raised abroad or left Nigeria many years ago are not up to date with the type of money people are making back home, genuinely too.

You are right, even when I went to Abuja many people talked about only going abroad to shop. The money they have makes them pity us in the UK or US.

Some people in Nigeria are literally rolling in money. It is true that they no longer yearn to go abroad to live. Only really to shop or study.

Just wait until the day they announce that there is 24hr electricity in Nigeria. Some people will just up and fly home.

I'm amazed. I was at the MPH motor show sir. I love cars too.. I have a picture of the Bugatti on my phone as well as the other cars including maybach. It was the only car fenced. And sir i asked the organizers why.
Send ur email add and I can forward u pictures. I use an iPhone nd can't upload via phone.
Why do I have to argue with you!
No insurer was able to insure that car. But if you find it hard to believe
Good luck!
violent: English isn't hard and you couldn't write a meaningful statement properly? Where did you go to school if i may ask? Your statement reads:

Did your teachers teach you or not, that once a period is applied after a statement, that must be the end of that statement?

As a matter of fact, whether the car is driven or showcased is immaterial, the point is can a Veyron be insured in the UK?...fuck yes!

That asides, most cars in Motor shows are likely to be fenced within a barrier anyways, and it still remains patently untrue that anyone will be stupid enough to showcase a Veyron without an insurance. In the very least, the company will likely have a comprehensive insurance that covers those cars anywhere. It becomes really gutting whenever people try to pass off false information online and then once they are proven to be lying sods, they start twisting things. "Oh it's not green, it's only a lightly shaded turquoise"

Again you make me say shut up!

denzel2009: Both of you should stop fighting each other and try to work in tandem to uproot the driver's adams apple.

Maybach exelero was a one-off car, hence the price. You can get a buggatti tomorrow if you work with farouk lawan and otedola.
harakiri: You have just killed yourself. A lecturer indeed! You can afford to send me abroad? I CAN AFFORD TO BRING YOU BACK TO NIGERIA, FEED YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND SET YOUR LIFE STRAIGHT!!!

You think everyone on nairaland is as hungry as your folks. E-diot.

All the best. I thought I was talking to some enlightened human being!
harakiri: FOOOLLL!!!! Do you think being abroad is an "in thing" anymore? These days, people travel abroad mostly for shopping or holidays and they are back to Nigeria making their daily bread. Fools like you think being abroad is an achievement. Fools like you probably can't even afford a plane ticket back home...e-diot! And he calls himself "wise"...what a waste!
Car TalkRe: Picture Of Bugatti Veyron In Abuja. by defbond1: 7:45pm On Jul 01, 2012
No sir. It wasn't driven.
I said MPH motor show. Where cars are displayed.
It was one of the cars displayed. Shipped from America but was kept within a barrier; a cordon cos the organisers don't want people to touch it as no uk insurer could insure it. English isn't hard boss!
No one can drive in uk without insurance. How do u read?
violent: This statement is patently untrue!..get your damn facts right! You can't drive a Veyron in the UK without insurance!
Car TalkRe: Picture Of Bugatti Veyron In Abuja. by defbond1: 7:36pm On Jul 01, 2012
Wouldn't argue with you! I gave you a list of worlds most expensive car, you gave a list of richest people! You are not just dumb also retarded! How many times will I say if that Bugatti has got added accessories Then it will cost triple that amount of the maybach.
Now I'll be rude: shut up! End of.

From the way you keep hinting on me being in Africa, it's quite obvious that living in a foreign land means the whole world to you. You are probably one of those that went either by road or in a ship hence the reason your head is still in the clouds at your "achievement". Anyways, being abroad doesn't translate into being enlightened (but that's something ignoramuses like you wouldn't understand). Anyways, look up these links and update your empty brain :

This is the second Bugatti I have seen in abuja, picture wise though. The 1st one is white. Spotted in Gwarinpa by my Inlaw. Do not be deceived, there are several of them there.
ib55: For those of u in doubt look at the truck in front, its FERMA( federal roads maintenance agency). For those that know Abuja very well the road is berger heading to
mabushi.

Boss, you are in Africa. Im not. If I wanted to be rude, I would have added shut up. Be good.

http://www.thesupercars.org/top-cars/most-expensive-cars-in-the-world-top-10-list/

harakiri: Please read well before replying. I said MAYBACH EXCELERO not Maybach sedan. Google up "Maybach Excelero" and see the price tag for yourself.
Car TalkRe: Picture Of Bugatti Veyron In Abuja. by defbond1: 7:12pm On Jul 01, 2012
Boss, get your facts right!
If an ordinary maybach comes with other accessories e.g bullet proof etc , then it can be that much. The stand alone cost of a maybach is not as expensive as a Bugatti!
I won't get into arguments with you as you clearly are concerned about cars. I'm concerned about ur plight in Nigeria

harakiri: With a price tag of between $1.7 to $2.5 million dollars, it's not the most expensive car in the world. The most expensive car in the world is the Maybach Excelero tagged at $8 million dollars.
Car TalkRe: Picture Of Bugatti Veyron In Abuja. by defbond1: 6:38pm On Jul 01, 2012
That is the most expensive car in the world!
No insurance company has been able to insure that car in the UK. Last time it was exhibited on MPH it was kept within a fenced barrier. Cos the insurers wouldn't insure it cos of its price. .
But it's on ur streets in NigeriA. Yet there are several millions of people who will go to bed tonight without food in that same country
Sadly,, that's their dinner being driven around by one person.
There are people who will die on the motorways cos of its poor state, unfortunately that's their means to a good road being driven by one person.
Several other people will die of illness. painfully, that's their access to good health being driven by one person
Some other people will see that car and worship/ respect/ envy whoever is driving the car, ironically, that's there future and the future of millions being wasted by one person.
A young man said on naira land weeks ago after the plane crash and I quote. " we nigerians are fools, everyone of us, even me".
I must confess that statement brought a tear to my face.
Nigerians keep looking on and your children's futures are being mortgaged and driven about town in a car.
Well done Nigeria. I'm glad I'm out but I still love that nation and my heart bleeds when I see these things.
All the best Nigerians. One day you will fight for what belongs to you
