If you watch my modus operandi, you will see that I was sceptical initially thus the reason I first paid the 2k but when I successfully intergrated the adsense code to my blog, I thought everything is legit.

When you noticed a different account name, you should have sensed something fishy
He said the account doesn't belong to him that I should snap and send the teller to him as evidence of payment thus the reason I sent him that teller in the screenshot above

Is there no way bank can pay me back my money after seeing the chats as evidence of scam

Why didn't u request u see him in person? There is absolutely nothing anyone can do at this moment to help u bro. U just have to look at it and learn from your mistakes next time
The guy said he schools in Ansu whereas I school in Benin

I would have ignored him if he ran away with the 2k initial deposit.

But you won't blame me because I actually logged in to the adsense account, and as I directed my friends to click the ads, I saw the earnings that was immediately after placing the ads so I thought he is genuine and worth doing business with.

I purchased UK adsense account from a nairalander, his Nairaland username is ciityboss and hypebaze. The idiot has many Nairaland usernames

First he asked me to pay in 2k so that he will give me the username and password to the adsense account.

I paid in the money into Diamond Bank with the following details

Acct name - Obinna dami. Acct num - 2225523596. Diamond bank

After making the 2000 naira payment, I called him and he confirmed it.

He gave me the email address of the adsense and the password which I later changed the password to my own and as a matter of fact, the google advert started displaying on my blog immediately.

The guy now went ahead to propose another business with me which is buying traffic to boost my earnings for me.

We agreed that he will buy targeted traffic to earn £120 for me in which I have to pay 13000 naira. I told him that I will pay 5k and complete the remaining 8k when the result is achieved.

I paid in the five thousand together with his 3k balance for the adsense making it 8k that is after the initial 2k that I paid to him before giving me the adsense username and password. In all, I have paid 10000 naira into this guys account.

How I discovered that I have been scammed

The boy said in 24hrs I should be able to see the earnings and balance him up. It is more than 24hrs yet I have not seen nothing.

The adsense account that he sold to me, I can no longer log in.

The guy has blocked me on whatsapp.

He barred me in one of his numbers and doesn't pick in the other number.

Note that the google ads are still displaying on my blog but how do I check my earnings?

Please I need advice on how to get back my money from this fraudster I met on this forum.

Will involving police enable bank to revert the money paid into an account?

Here is the fraudster's phone numbers

EducationStudents, Take Advantage Of Your Educated Parents/siblings And Learn by DEGREE2466(op): 5:12pm On Aug 13, 2016
Before I make this post, I want to appeal to Seun Osewa, the CEO of Nairaland to create an education subsection where learned and educated nairalanders can come and teach the younger nairalanders.

Education section should not be about school admissions only, the knowledge to get admitted into these schools should also be imparted here

Students, take advantage of your educated parents and elder siblings and learn
STUDENTS, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR EDUCATED PARENTS/ELDER SIBLINGS

Keywords: students, education, educated parents, siblings, advantage

This article was inspired by what transpired between my friend and I, read on and learn.

A friend of mine gave me her phone to go through her file manager. While I was going through the folders in the file manager, I came across two different folders, one was saved with GMAT and the other was saved with KPMG. As a fresh graduate which my friend also is, I quickly asked my friend if she can send me some of her GMAT past questions. Guess what her reply was? She asked me what GMAT is all about and what is its usefulness.

This question stunned me because this was supposed to be her memory card content so how come she does not know what GMAT is being used for. When I enquired further, she told me that the memory card belongs to her elder brother who works with KPMG so that’s how the GMAT and KPMG folder came about in her memory card. The only thing that crossed to my mind is “only if I had this privilege”. Her brother works with KPMG, uses GMAT yet the sister who is a graduate does not know what GMAT is used for.

Have you observed that children of school teachers and university lecturers are not the best performers in school? In an ideal situation, their children are supposed to take advantage of the privilege (vast experience, wider knowledge, availability of reading materials, good guidance and role modeling) of being a son/daughter of an educated parents or elder siblings. But lo and behold, the reverse is the case. I still repeat “only if I was privileged to have such people close to me”

On a general note, I wish to implore students who have the privilege of having educated mothers, fathers, elder siblings, uncles and aunties to please take advantage of that to explore their knowledge and wisdom. When a student whose parents are not educated fails an examination, both the student and the teacher bears the blame, but what will happen to a student whose parents are also teachers? The blame should be on three sides I guess.

As a fresh graduate who will soon be in the labour market, I had expected my friend should have started asking his elder brother who has passed through the same system, the way forward instead of waiting to be hit by the arrow of prolonged unemployment.

Parents should try as much as they can to ensure that they start their knowledge impartation with their children. Charity they say begins at home. If as a younger one, you cannot use the vast experience of people who are close to you to achieve your own goals, I wonder where the knowledge you seek for will come from.

The saying that those who are living close to church always go late to church activities is not good for this kind of situation as it is more like having a tap water at home and going to the stream to fetch water. Delay they say is dangerous, read your loved ones reading materials, ask them questions where you are confused and be guided into the right path.

Here are advantages of learning from your loved ones in an informal setting:

- You learn for absolutely free, no cost attached!

- You may have an esoteric knowledge, that which no other person has/will have

- You can ask question without the fear of being shouted down or embarrassed

- You become some steps ahead of your mates/peers

- You will also learn how to pass knowledge down to other people just as you were taught.
