Kayceeanyanwu: My status finally changed from "Application under review" to "APPLICATION UNSUCCESSFUL" after two weeks of receiving the success mail.

I really wonder what criteria is being used to screen successful second stage applicants.

I met all the requirements, only that I applied with my statement of result which still stated that I'm a 2.1.

Although it was not categorically stated that transcript is preferable or did anybody come across where it was stated?

I'm yet to get a mail from them stating that my application is now UNSUCCESSFUL.

God will see us through the job hurdle in Nigeria. (Amen).

Those shell guys are hella thorough.. Watched three different ppl take the tests.. no one had similar questions in the numerical bit! also .. the assesment is divided into two parts.. the first one ( the decision making part) has general tech questions and field specific questions! For the numerical bit i can say that For as many people that applied, they have different sets of numerical test questions! Its just the time .. They are fairly easy

GMAT ... Is alright for practise .. Alternatively .. Go on google type "SHL PRACTISE TEST" register on the SHL site and take practise question on there (recommended). Creates the same exam conditions.The idea is to practise under the real assessment conditions isnt it? Cheers

If you are an engineering graduate and u noted that on registration .. Youll get technical questions not numerical
