my farm is located in ibadan
the issue i have is that after spending alot of resources on the feeding
buying concentrate feeds with cassava peels and pkc my pigs average weights are 40 to 50kg
will appreciate how to effect gain more than this weight in a shorter time

I am also a farmer in ilorin, i had a similar problem, when the pigs got to between 40-50kg, they just stop growing, i suspect it is majorly the breed; i have come to the conclusion that some breeds, even if you give them maize and soyabeans for 24-7 they wont add weight after sometime, its like a local chicken, if you give it broiler feed, it can never add the same weight,
what i did was to sell them off, i then got A.I from South Afirca which i inseminate 3 of them and some other sowers which i had, i am hopefully that the result will be diff, because where i bought the semens from, there pigs at 7months , they are about 130kg. I will let you know the outcome of my research, also let us know, if you are able to sort the problem .

Well.. it depends on the investor,

i used to give my property to Property Managers, but later i discovered some of them , were just after the money and didnt care much about the quality of tenants etc, so i ventured into it, now i have growned my portfolio and created time to manage it myself, i dont really know how it plays out in Nigeria.

If i will even hire a property Manager, i will prefer someone , who also owns property, so that he understands it better, than just a mere estate agent, who is after his 5-10% commission

you caused the glut of immature staff , by promoting people in your division and in fincon more regularly than you should have. What you now have are older and more experienced staff with bosses that don't know the basic processes.

While other divisions were allowing their people mature on a level you were promoting corp bank and energy people every year. You now changed the rules when other divisions tried to get their own people up topar. Everyone was given a target , if you have donee well pls promote. Pay pittance as leave allowance, the leave allowance of an assistant mgr in first bank is 800,000.00. the salary is no where near the best, working conditions appalling . You have people in kaduna that have been making budget and have not been promoted, why?
