Good day sir, I use Camry 2008. three days back while I was driving I noticed from my dashboard that mileage number just wipe and star afresh. Without any noticeable fault. The car is working perfectly but want to know if there's any need to call my rewire guy. Please your experience directives is needed. Thanks in anticipation.

Also experience same thing with my Camry 08.

I observed my camrey 2008 model is always have short age of engine oil.
Three consecutive months, have been servicing it less than a month interval with out engaging the car on travel. Having complained to my mechanics, he ask me to service the car again with another 5litrs mobile oil. Now still the same. He said I should bring the car.
Please what could be the reason? Before I hand over it mechanic.

Imagine this feedback. So so annoying base on my experience on Monday. I left iyare park at iyana ipaja around 9:45am getting to agege pencilima 1:25pm. Though is general traffic. Is now painful when driver take passengers for granted.

Depends on usage....some vehicles travel so much...they can cover 20,000 km a year

Secondly, when a vehicle is used for towing or extremely high speed runs, the ATF can get really hot, I know people in those scenarios may change the fluid sooner than later

Thirdly, with the way those vehicles are overloaded in commercial applications in Nigeria. It may be advisable to change sooner.

My point is find out the application then we know if to follow the manual or use a different schedule

I would fix the cause of the overheating, before using the car with the new transmission.

I did not say don't install the new transmission...install it but don't run the car without sorting out why it would overheat...I don't want you running down here with the story that ...my new transmission is toast

Transmissions don't like heat beyond a certain range.

Engines are built to run hot...much hotter than transmissions...

I bought this car 2014 as tokunbo, since then Lagos to ekiti only one time and Benin to ekiti tro and fro 6times after that within town house to office.

Please i need help here. I have been having challenge with my car over a month. I notice my reverse is not working, it prompt me to change overdive, after some days later it enter reverse but drive is not working, it also cause me to buy verblock, firter and some other things according to my enginner. Both reverse and drive responded.to my suprise this morning reverse is no longer working while trying to manage it i discovered drive is not get force. Just dont know what to do.
