But the question now is: can a state High Court make a valid/biding order on the Senate? I'm of the view that the appropriate court here is the Federal High Court and not State High Court.

My brother we are here to learn....a court can be stopped in many ways. A lawyer can file for stay of proceeding, he can file for lack of jurisdictions, he can even ask to be assigned a new judge e.t.c
I repeat no one or institution will be served by any court over a matter and the person/institution will go ahead with the matter/process without firstly dealing with the matter in court.

as for amechi rushing to court, what did he rush to court for? Was it not to stop the panel from ssitting or inviting him.

Hypocrite, both the action of the NJC and the state government led to the shutting down of the court. its only hypocritical fools who claims it was only as a result of amaechis actions while ignoring the role of NJC led by okorocha and his goons. Even if a man is alleged to kill a court, only the law court can claim he is innocent. Amaechi isnt an exception.
