the bottomline....if it is established the child is not his....that is paternity by deception. If the case is well pursued, no judge will ask you to support a child not yours.

I said in some cases. Depends on what she and her lawyer claim. Law is quite technical and I do not claim to know all. I said he may be made to pay depending on circumstances. So let the court decide. If the case is cut and dry he goes Scot free as it should be but if he has miss steped before eg if he has said or agreed that even if he finds that the baby isn't his he would still be the dad or something to that effect( it may surprise you what love makes people do and say during pillow talks) she may bring out things that would make him lose. So he should get a lawyer.

you are using a single case that is subject of petitions to the state lawmakers to change the law. Even the judge earlier ruled that he cant pay child support...but he later changed it saying tbe laws says he must have challenged within 2yrs but the guy is saying he had no reason to be suspicious. And mind you...this is only okhlahoma and this is the only known case in the whole world and that useless law will be changed. Note...assuming tbe guy discovered it earlier than 2yrs you wont pay too. So the bottomline is this....you are not supposed to pay child support for a child not yours but in oklahoma if you dont discover early you may till you chsllenge the decision to supreme court
