Guy, if turkis dey open book am o. It's crazy but better than overstaying visa. If he can't get any ticket better go report to the right authority and see if he can extend his Visa in China for a few weeks. Me I no know how China visa dey work for naija passport so I can't say much. But if you see Turkish book it. Any flight with stopover there is OK.

Well in airports the passangers might have to leave one terminal and head to another in transit.

If you will leave the airport compound totally then you need more than transit visa. I think the USA doesn't issue transit visa, you need an American visa to transit through. Its just to avoid runaway people. Different countries have different laws.

Do you fly with Naija passport? But yes, some don't need that's why I suggested Turkish and Etihad tho not so sure about the later. He can just scan through the ticketing site and decide if those countries where his chosen airliner stop over would need transit visasat all, before or upon arrival.

Hmn, that's bad. If only you could find a complete Turkish airlines flight from start to finish so the stopover would be in Turkey. Yes, Heathrow needs a transit visa. Germany needs it too.
OK, do it this way, look for flights you are Interested in, see what countries they stop over and then google if Nigerians need transit visas for those stop over countries. If possible call and ask.
