The basic Logic to financial accounting is understanding your double entry (debit and credit). If you have a good grasp of this, every other thing would be to just posting (from the P&L to the Cash flow/Balance sheet).

If u ask me, I think u should review your proposal especially your financials (as this is the main key in the business plan - If not the Business Plan itself). Going Forward, you should seek the help of an expert in preparing your business plan, as a business plan is not about your ideas, but how you put your ideas together.

Hello Ann am so sorry if I seem proud, but I get a bit pissed off when I see very strong adverts seeking for stars for less pay. You see I have seen the what its like for employers paying less than the stress employees go through. Please if U are interested in this superstar job kindly apply, But BE MINDFUL OF EMPLOYERS THAT PAY ON COMMISSION BASIS; as u are not sure where the next meal would come from.

Cheif I sat at home for about 6 months, But developing myself. And now over two years later am loving my third job. And have always worked in world class companies. Am just trying to say that what u guys quote and form for superstars are not really worth it. Check what lesser performers in the UK get per month and compare it with ur superstar offer, Its PITIABLE.

Well ma am looking for someone that can sell yam for me and he'd get close to 80k. Not on a commision basis. But salary per month.

So u see? I guess graduates would rather come and sell my yam and make more steady income than the superstar stuff with commission as salary.
