I have just read that the Kano State Police Command has dismissed as fake reports that an 18-seater bus carrying Igbo individuals was set ablaze in Kano, and that an Igbo man was killed… I do hope that what the Kano Police said is correct.

NEVERTHELESS, as a Nwada Igbo I do have a message for Hausa Nation.

The earth never forgets. Innocent Igbo and Eastern blood was shed in the North in the massacres of 1966 that eventually led to the genocidal Biafra War of 1967-70… Today, Igbo and other peoples of the South are living in peace with Hausa and other peoples of the North. The tens or possibly hundreds of thousands of well-protected Fulani settlements in all the States’ indigenous forests of Nigeria are growing in populations, well-armed to the teeth.
 
They procured the settlements by brute force of conquest, murdered or expelled the owners of those indigenous communities, destroyed their homes and crops and properties, drove survivors into IDPs camps, are directly or indirectly sponsored or condoned or subsidized by authorities who allow them import allies from sahel and compromise and recruit poor and unemployed local agents, use kidnapping for ransom and organ-harvesting as additional means of purchasing arms and maintaining their violent and unlawful forest governance, often use “cattle-rearing” and “hunting” as smokescreen to cover their murderous activities, are contemptuous of the Anti-Open Grazing laws, pay no taxes to any authorities while exacting “taxes” and “tithes” from their local victims, are parasitic agents of environmental degradations and unhygienic practices like selling to others products like goats that they themselves do not consume for being aware of the health implications, a law unto themselves and not answerable to constitutional legality, and openly proclaim a righteous entitlement to all those aboriginal lands and associated illegalities, having been so directed by their divine ancestor or ancestors.
The Fulani settlements all over Nigeria are a well-planned, carefully coordinated, armed, supplied and protected seeds of a future Fulani-captured Nigeria, whether or not under a Fulani caliphate, but hoped to be so.

10 REASONS WHY IT IS A STUPID CHOICE TO PREPARE FOR 2027 NATIONAL ELECTIONS UNDER 1999 CONSTITUTION


It is a STUPID CHOICE to prepare for 2027 national elections to renew the life of the imposed neocolonial 1999 Constitution that is the source of these evils and more:


1-Hijacks the Sovereignty of your indigenous Ethnic Nation
It destroys the ability of having a Federation through the lies in its Preamble which override and hijack Ethnic Sovereignty. So Nigeria is a Union at gun-point with an unworkable and dangerous Unitary arrangement that was never agreed but imposed.

2-Enables the Fulani Conquest Agenda.
It empowers the immigrant settler Fulani to firstly enter your ancestral land, then it protects them as they destroy your farms to create food insecurity for Nigerians. It also empowers the armed Fulani by putting guns in their hands and at the same time preventing Nigerians from having guns because Guns and Ammunition are on the 68-item Exclusive list. So too are all armed security services like the Military, Police etc.

3-Exodus from Nigeria.
Sen. Adeyeye warned years ago that as long as the 1999 Constitution is in operation there will never be any progress or any peace. The 12 core northern Arewa States effectively seceded from Nigeria when they unilaterally took up Sharia in 2000 but their elites continue to take financial benefits from the rest of Nigeria. Nigerians from the South and Middle Belt (NINAS Territory) instead of renegotiating the frightening Union, have fled abroad as migrants or refugees.

4-Lack of electricity.
Nigerians will forever experience either no electricity at all, or unreliable supply of electricity. About 1000MW is for 1 million people. So Nigeria with over 210 million people needs over 210,000MW. Nigeria’s best was 5801MW. Those who cite the Concurrent List as creating a window for States to produce electricity are not telling the full story which is that Central Government can override anything that is in the Concurrent List, and moreover, the raw materials to produce electricity like gas or coal are under Exclusive List control.

5-Gross pervasive corruption and looting.
It creates as well as protects corruption. It is itself a fraud that brings forth a whirlwind of fraud. The 68-item Exclusive List centralises control of all KEY things needed for development so that creates avenues for massive corruption and impunity. Sections 81 & 82 plus Sections 121 & 122 hand the spare keys of the Central and State treasuries over to the President and Governors respectively. Section 308 gives them absolute immunity.

6-Regular fuel shortage crises.
Refining of crude oil is locked down by the Exclusive List so only those whom Central Government want can refine crude oil like Dangote Refineries. Others who have the capacity to do so are stopped and we see how those in Niger Delta who refine the crude oil in their ancestral lands are criminalised. This situation allows corruption in the name of subsidy, plus creates fuel shortages.

7-Decaying infrastructure.
All key developmental assets are locked down in the 68-item Exclusive List. So roads are in a terrible and dangerous condition. Plus, roads are built without consideration for those on foot (lack of: pavements, pedestrian crossings, traffic lights to allow safe crossing etc). The 1999 Constitution is also the reason why the country is not connected by rail network, why riverboat transport (passenger and cargo) is non-existent, why airports are not world class and air transport is not for ordinary Nigerians.

8-Humongous cost of governance.
It imposed a Structure not negotiated by Nigerians of 812 administrative units which is 1 Central government + 1 FCT + 36 States + 774 Local Government Areas (is 812). These 812 administrative units create a super-bureaucracy that must be financed from the Treasury every month. Even if there was no looting, it is not sustainable to finance such a huge number of administrative units.

9-Democracy, rule of law, and good governance are not possible.
The lies in the Preamble forcefully hijack Ethnic Sovereignty, and the 1999 Constitution was foisted upon Nigerians who had never negotiated it or made it or had any referendum to agree it. So every law and every institution anchored on the illegitimate 1999 Constitution has that same status: they are Illegitimate. It is a neocolonial document that creates an Apartheid environment where some Ethnic Nations chiefly in the East and Middle Belt are routinely excluded.

10-Rigged elections.
All elections whether National or State are controlled in every aspect by INEC and the Exclusive List. Thus Central Government controls elections, and the structure also allows foreign interference to influence who will be president. This winner-takes-all environment means that serious violence is built into elections, so there is guaranteed loss of lives of ordinary Nigerians.

Until we Renegotiate the failed Nigeria Union, it remains a Union Of Death.

Recently, on 28 March, we read that 16 Northern men were killed by an enraged mob at Uromi in Edo State. The local vigilantes seeing their manner of behaviour and that they had weapons took them to be some of the armed Fulani who have for years been raiding their farms, raping their children and women, destroying their farms, killing farmers and completely ignoring the rules of civilised human engagement.

What is the identity of these men who were killed?

We know that Fulani take on the identity of Hausa for 2 reasons. Number 1, To make it seem as if they belong in Nigeria. Number 2, they are on a Conquest Agenda and in their minds they have already conquered Hausa Nation and will steal the history and identity of the Hausa, as well as Hausaland.

When an event concerns Nigerians, news reports will identify them by their ethnic nationality. But when it is Fulani who are immigrants in Nigeria all of a sudden identity becomes unknown and they become “Northerners” or “Arewa”.

So it is most likely these lynched men were Fulani.

Will such incidents happen again?

Yes. Unfortunately, it is likely it will repeat even if not reported. That is because for years the Fulani have been waging a war against Nigerians. Fulani have been trespassing onto farms belonging to Nigerian farmers stealing the crops to feed themselves and their cattle. They do this to show that Nigerians are nothing and that Fulani can treat Nigerians any way they like – and nothing will happen. On top of this, armed Fulani whom the media call “bandits” so as to hide their identity, have been systematically raiding rural communities in the Middle Belt and Hausaland slaughtering the people so as to steal their lands and build Fulani colonies on the land. This is the Fulani Conquest Agenda declared by Ahmadu Bello in October 1960 to make Nigeria the “estate” of Fulani and for Fulani to never allow Nigerians control their lives, in action.

Nigerians had been very tolerant but now they are pushing back to resist the Fulani Conquest Agenda which is empowered by the 1999 Constitution that Nigerians never wrote or agreed to, but it was imposed.

We are increasingly hearing the call that, “Ghana must go was in 1980s, Fulani must go is now in 2020s!”

Any Hausa who decide to join the Fulani and destroy the farms, livelihoods and lives of Nigerians would be making a mistake and should protect his Hausa people and his Hausa heritage.

US ACCUSES NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT OF BACKING RELIGIOUS KILLERS

According to Diaspora digital media (DDM), In its March 2025 annual report, the commission asked the U.S. government to appoint a Special Envoy to Nigeria.

The Special Envoy, according to USCIRF, would focus on Nigeria and the Lake Chad Basin’s escalating religious freedom violations.

This move aims to enhance U.S. diplomatic efforts to address religious violence and prevent further atrocities in the region.

USCIRF also wants Nigeria designated a Country of Particular Concern (CPC) due to ongoing faith-based attacks and state inaction.

The report accused President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration of tolerating or poorly responding to religiously motivated violence by nonstate actors.

It emphasized the Nigerian government’s failure to halt attacks from Islamic extremists, Fulani militants, and armed bandit groups.

These groups, the report said, continue targeting Christian communities, churches, and villages with killings, kidnappings, and destruction of property.

In January 2024, JAS insurgents killed 14 people, including a local pastor, in Yobe State.

By May 2024, Ansaru gunmen abducted 160 schoolchildren, mostly Christians, in Niger State in a highly publicized incident.

Despite these events, the report stated that security forces often arrived late or failed to intervene effectively.

This delay has led to more deaths, trauma, and displacement in already vulnerable religious minority communities.

USCIRF also recommended redesignating Boko Haram and ISWAP as Entities of Particular Concern (EPCs) due to their ongoing brutality.

These groups continue to wage war against civilian populations, especially Christians and Muslims opposing extremist ideology.

The commission highlighted that Fulani bandits, estimated at 30,000, regularly attack Christian communities and disrupt farming in northwest Nigeria.

This has worsened food insecurity and increased displacement across several states in the region.

Apart from insurgent violence, USCIRF criticized Nigeria’s enforcement of blasphemy laws, calling them oppressive and discriminatory.

Federal law punishes blasphemy with up to two years in prison, while some states impose even harsher penalties.

As of December 2024, five individuals remained jailed under blasphemy charges, including Mubarak Bala and Yahaya Sharif-Aminu.

The commission also cited religious suppression by state governments against indigenous religious practices and traditional beliefs.

In July 2024, Anambra State demolished an indigenous shrine, following calls by Catholic bishops to end “neo-paganism.”

This act raised concerns about growing intolerance toward non-Abrahamic religious groups and local spiritual traditions.

USCIRF also recommended that Afghanistan, India, and Vietnam be added to the CPC list alongside Nigeria.

Twelve countries, including China, Iran, and North Korea, were proposed for redesignation as CPCs due to continued violations.

Ten additional countries, such as Egypt, Indonesia, and Syria, may also be added to the Special Watch List.

Groups like al-Shabaab, HTS, and the Houthis were also named among dangerous religious extremist organizations in the 2025 report.

The commission stressed that only proactive U.S. leadership and accountability measures can counter the worsening religious crisis in Nigeria.

It called on the Trump administration to prioritize diplomatic, humanitarian, and security responses in partnership with Nigerian authorities.

USCIRF believes appointing a Special Envoy will focus international attention and resources on curbing religious persecution.

The commission’s recommendations serve as a wake-up call to both U.S. and Nigerian leaders.

Failure to act could further endanger vulnerable communities and weaken regional stability in the Lake Chad Basin.

For the first 5 Minutes of this video Prof Munene speaks about colonisation in Africa – and I copy out a Transcript below of what he says. After that the host talks about how Africa had been before being disrupted by Arabs and Whites. He uses the Kingdom of Kuba as his example, and talks about the wonderful AFRICAN CODE OF CONDUCT which brought peace, harmony and better than “democracy” for our ancestors. What was this African Code of Conduct? I’d say it includes Ubuntu (Zulu and Bantu-speaking Kingdoms). As well as the Igbo Omenani whch translates to “That’s how it is done in this land” or “That is the culture of this land”. The African Code of Conduct was such a brilliant system of community and recognition of humanity that allowed different Ethnic Nations to live as a Confederation in perfect peace. I would also add, that I saw in what I heard in this video the spirit of the Community Laws that God gave to Moses. It was when our ancestors departed from keeping to the African Code of Conduct that our peace got disrupted and the foreign invaders/colonialists entered in and conquered.

“Thank you very much. My name is Macharia Munene I'm Professor of History and International Relations at the United States International University in Nairobi. History is dynamic it is through history that people get to know themselves, their character and to develop ability to strategise and safeguard their interests. If people do not know their history, their background, the forces that have shaped them, they then tend to be shaped by other people. The essence of being human is to perpetuate yourself and your Kind, your interests, and not to perpetuate some other groups or interests at the expense of your own. Imperialism and colonialism are conquests: one people beating up on another people and imposing their ways of life, of thinking, or doing anything – then only then, do they feel happy and they can talk about their Empire and that means that they have made other people believe in their own superiority, and that the right way to do things any time is to do it the way of the Conqueror.

So colonialism was an exercise in Imperial conquest and to do that effectively, there were THREE INSTRUMENTS that were used:

1) You had the soldiers with their guns and whatever else they did to beat people into submission then,

2)You had the administrators; sometimes the soldiers became the administrators. An administrator's job was to govern the conquered people in the way, with the foreign rules and new laws that serve the interests of the Conqueror, that is, the colonial state.

3) The third instrument were the missionaries. Their job was to soften the conquered, in this case the African, called the “native”. Once he's softened he is then manipulable and he can be acculturated into the ways of the Conqueror. So, and to do that, the missionary had to convince the African, the conquered person that everything about him is evil, everything about him is devilish, because the only true way is the way of the Conqueror.

When the White Powers met at Berlin in 1884 and 1885, their purpose was to agree on how to claim territories in Africa without killing each other in Africa. That was the purpose and they agreed on the rules: That you go to a place, if there's a flag of White power you know it's taken so go somewhere else. If it's not there you plant your flag and let everybody know, and then it's yours. But then to prove that it's yours you have to have Effective Occupation. Effective Occupation meant beating up people into submission. That's why the soldiers come in and then once they are beaten you have administrators, and then the missionaries to soften them. Now the three of them working together were very effective that's in Kenya, what became “Kenya” because by 1914 virtually every segment or section of Kenya then, the people in it had been beaten into submission and they are beginning to imbibe the ways of the White man.”

This will correct Nigeria’s faulty constitutional arrangement. After Transitioning we can then have elections.

A DANGEROUS CONSTITUTIONAL LOGJAM HAS LOADED IN NIGERIA.

On 18 March 2025, interregnum President Tinubu declared a State of Emergency in Rivers State in contravention of the 1999 Constitution and Laws of Nigeria.

This is not the first time that those who have the power whether as “Federal” Government or as Supreme Court have decided to THROW ASIDE the 1999 Constitution and do as they please! Here are just 2 recent such occasions:

Previously, on 28th of February, the Supreme Court had stopped the Central Bank from releasing the federal allocations of Rivers State until its State Assembly passes a budget. YET even though Tinubu had said that the new sole administrator of Rivers State would not be able to make any laws, so cannot pass a budget to comply with the Supreme Court judgment, YET the CBN released the withheld Rivers allocation to the new administrator!

On 20th March, the National Assembly (NASS) approved the State of Emergency for Rivers State via a Voice Vote!!! even though there has been no evidence that it achieved the constitutionally mandated two-thirds majority. This being One-Nigeria, a criminal enterprise, there have been reports that money was used as inducement.

A dangerous Constitutional Logjam has now loaded, where Rules, Laws, and the 1999 Constitution are THROWN ASIDE at will by Government, NASS and Supreme Court etc.

That 1999 Constitution is a known Forgery foisted upon Nigerians and its operation has now brought about a Constitutional Logjam. Let everyone recall that even before things reached this unacceptable situation, in alarm, at the state of Nigeria  the indigenous peoples of the South and Middle Belt under the umbrella of the NINAS Alliance (Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination) had themselves on 16 December 2020, raised a worldwide EXTRAORDINARY EMERGENCY and had declared a SOVEREIGNTY DISPUTE with the Federation of Nigeria as represented by the Federal Government of Nigeria, on account of their Repudiation and Rejection of the Imposed 1999 Constitution.

In order to prevent Anarchy, indigenous peoples as NINAS had said that they would tolerate the fraudulent destructive 1999 Constitution only for a while, and that further National Elections were to be suspended until after the orderly process of time-bound Transitioning for Constitutional Reconstruction. YET since that time, Government, NASS and Supreme Court have ignored the international law-based NINAS Proposition for Transitioning but have themselves when they want to THROWN ASIDE that contentious 1999 Constitution. This Constitutional Logjam has aided State Capture, increased Anarchy and increased multidimensional insecurity in Nigeria. Who is suffering it? Not the fat cats sitting in Abuja using and misusing the 1999 Constitution, but the ordinary Nigerian, are the victims of this chaotic Unitary Nigeria.

Since Government, NASS and Supreme Court are not even keeping to the 1999 Constitution (a Forgery though it is), to Laws, and to Rules who then in Nigeria should They are setting a highly dangerous precedent capable of a violent rupture of Nigeria that would destabilise the entire West African subregion and affect the global community.

The Notice of the Constitutional Force Majeure stated that indigenous peoples as NINAS would "reconsider our Continued Allegiance to the Disputed 1999 Constitution as well as the Unitary Union of Death, Attrition and Backwardness it foists on us."

Nigeria is at Constitutional Logjam and the NINAS Transitioning Template is on the Table. It is an ORDERLY PROCESS with no power vacuum since existing governance structures remain in place in transitional capacity. A word is enough for the wise.

As Nigeria Descends into Chaos and Anarchy, principally because of permutations around 2027 Elections and now worsened exponentially by the Reckless Declaration of State of Emergency on Rivers State by Tinubu’s Federal Government, let it be known to all, that those who in 2025, are still plotting to go to another round of National Elections in 2027 under the Death-Dispensing 1999 Constitution will find themselves on a Head-On Collision with Victims of the Unitary Constitution of Nigeria by which the winners of the Elections must swear and govern.
