PDP made that debt allegation yesterday but this Fashola's statement was made about 5 days ago.

Rivers state remain work in progress. Wike will continue from where Amaechi stopped albeit the little time he has before the thug is booted out.
This doesn't change the fact that Amaechi remains the best Rivers governor in recent times in terms of infrastructural development.
