kross_01: thinking back i could remember the supreme court's judgement that brought amaechi unto power, which ordered his immediate swearing in as the governor of the state, basing their ruling on the fact that the constitution only recognises political parties in elections and not the candidates paraded by the parties. If going by that judgement & looking at wat is presently unfolding, if amaechi leaves pdp or gets expelled, wont the seat be declared vacant since the supreme courts interpretation means the seat was voted to pdp & not amaechi?
