We are exactly 28 days today here


Just an update from our Enugu Project.

*The following are want we did here in just 28 Days...*

No. 1- 6 bedroom Duplex to pour concrete on Decking in 2 Days time fully.

No. 2 - 3 Bedroom BQ - At Parapet/Roofing Level now

No. 3 - 4 and Half Plot - Completely fenced with ground beam and over 70 pillars done.

No. 4 - Generator and Security House - at parapet and roofing level now.

Over 15,000 Blocks of 9 inches used here in this shortest time... That's the capacity and capability of our work force.

We are rounding up decking work ASAP

Ground Floor forming and block setting begins immediately as we arrived from our Enugu Project on the other thread where decking work is ongoing...

BQ is at parapet level just like the security and Gen House is already.

Staircase construction by my honorable carpenter ongoing.

We are updating the site plan of this project.
Meanwhile here is the proposed 3D before some slight modifications which we are equally updating soon on 3D.

The security House and Gen House is ready to start parapet works on. It's leveling has been done.

The BQ leveling too would be completed today too...

We are gradually progressing.

We are rounding up this project soon.
The short break was intentional to inch closer to commissioning date before completion so that students don't start to use it before commissioning it.

If you don't mind what do you plan to do to the front pillars?. Especially that area with the pendant light?

Watch out for the Plastering when we start it soon. The only precast element here is the pillar bottom Grove as well as the ones on the edges. The main pillar is casted from foundation all the way to the top. If you go to the first 4 pages of the thread, you should be able to see it and how it's done.

Our concrete facial too is not precast. We cast insitu
