I said so because of 3items you mentioned Iron Rod, Cement, Granite. Crazy things happen with these 3 things, supplier can short the quantity is a team work with yoir iron bender, Cement big stealing b4, during & after delivery (all worker deal), Granite overall you can get 15tons as 30tons(can you count? No)
