How do you prevent these cements from hardening?
2 of my own just got hardened after 2months being stored in a well protected container with no drop of water or moisture

Good day sir.

Well to be fair, it's almost impossible to store such volume without getting one or two hardened after a long period of no usage.

However, in my case what I do is, I try as much as possible to use them fast. Because even if there Is no water penetrating there or something, the cement in itself might generate some level of heat energy which is what most likely happens especially when packed at such a close proximity to themselves.

We have started the chaining of the foundation of the gate house.

Remember we are doing all the structures simultaneously. The setting out of the main Duplex is also ongoing ahd the digging as well.

Blinding of the gate house commenced immediately too...

The soil here is a hard one and has stones in them. This reminds me of our project in Ile life few years ago. We experienced a similar soil structure.

We are doing borehole too simultaneously.

Estimated depth of the borehole is expected to be 300Fit.

Hammer ridge is the type of machine recommended for drilling the borehole here because of the soil structure.

Designs are meant to be simple and not too complicated.

We just did our first ground breaking today here after setting out the main Duplex and the security house.

The soil is looking very strong and some stone in it.
