We got another 5000 Liters of GP tank that is going to be used as a reservoir for this project


In fact, the water system and supply of this project is the first of its kind we have done due to the peculiarity of the water in the estate

There is water challenge here because of too much iron deposit in the soil. So water treatment has proven to have failed in the estate in most cases. The estate have resorted to getting water through an external source that supplies for the entire estate from a central water supply system.

Now this system supports each resident that subscribes to it to have a connection from the central line with a booster pump that pumps from the central supply pipe to this reservoir. Now, as a private resident, you install a surface pressure pump that will take the water from the reservoir to the over head tank storage which will now supply the entire water around the building itself.

Morning, the photo is what my burglaries kinda looks like, I don't like that it was done on the wall as opposed to the ones done in the wall where the window seats, if that makes any sense, I did go through your pages and that's the thing..the embedded ones was what i wanted but the contractor said the walls are too thin for that or some excuse like that, I wasn't around when it was done, else i wouldn't have approved of it to begin with, Now my question is ..Can the current ones be tweaked and put in the walls like i just managed to explain?, and also the walls have already been screeded, I am guessing the parts that will be affected during the wall hammering and breaking to get the burglaries out will need to be screeded again?, What's your advice? and thanks for your response and input, greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your comments.

Now this is an old fashioned style of doing Burglary though the one in the picture. However, if the window is a casement window then it can be embedded by reconstructing it.

The one in this picture is a luver blade glass (Olden days) style. It's an old building. The center has a wood that holds the different sides of the glass and as such this Burglary as it is can't be embedded unless the window is totally changed.

However, send me a picture of yours to further evaluate. And should you proceed to embed yours by breaking wall, sure the walls can be screeded again. Thats not an issue at all.

I detest the looks of this exact kinda burglars, I am looking to make a few changes to my project soon, is there a way to make these burglars a bit appealing and not making your house look a prison cell

We have more simpler and nice burglaries from some of our recent projects should you check the first 4 thread posts of our project pages on our profile.

Especially the embedded ones... There are some too that we don't use burglaries. It all depends on location of the project and it's security threats or risks.

However, designs for burglaries are not exhaustive, and as such you have variety of options so far it meets the purpose of use not just for aesthetics

My observations on the plan:
1.The dining in the flat by the left seems to be tight. Even the dining in the second flat could have been swapped with the bar section for better flow from the kitchen to the dining.

2. On the upper floor, that extra space in bedroom 3 leading to the balcony could be cut out and be added to that lobby leading to the toilet to form a sizable family lounge.

3. Those visitors'toilets on the upper floors, who would be using them? Like in the flat by the left which has no lounge, is it a visitor from the ground floor that will come up there to use it?

Or in the case of the second flat, is it a visitor in the family lounge that will travel through the master's private lounge to go and use the toilet?

All your observations are valid.

Now let's see it this way...
1. Yeah it is, however, we made the Arc there more wider so it can actually take up to 6 people dinning comfortably while people still move through the dinning or sitting room. A slight adjustment was done was done at construction before plastering.

2. The Duplex on the left has no family lounge.
What we we did on the duplex upper floor on the right was creating a private lounge for the Master's which can be accessed from the family lounge. And due to the way the design is from the ground floor. We can't break the decking.

3. The Master's private lounge toilet will be accessed by any guest there. While the one on the left is now converted to a wardrobe for the Master's on the left which is referred to as bedroom 3
