Plumber wraping up and getting things set for the concrete works.

We are set now for the concrete works on raft slab tomorrow

Receiving Materials from the suppliers, granite and sharp sand respectively

Reinforcement on the Raft slab ongoing.

Reinforcement procurements for Ground floor and decking stage secured to curb inflation...

Reinforcement preparation for Raft slab.

Filling is now 100% completed.
We used a total of 22 Trucks of 20 Tons

We experienced some delays on the filling due to estate rules of no truck being allowed into the estate for 24 - 48hrs if rain falls at any day.

However, we have resumed filling and will be done with it today. To do compacting today as well because rain that has fallen in recent times have helped us to make the building set.

According to our timeline and plan, we ought to be doing concrete slab today but 3 days were lost already this week due to rain and estate rules. However, we move and see how much time we can catch up. Our target is to get to Decking before this month ends and complete it.

Keep following

Leveling of the filling sand before we commence ramming /compacting....

So far we have done filling with 19 Trips so far.
Picture updates to come tomorrow
