Both are crude, classless and unsophisticated of course. |
Boscojugunu:That's for Ambode to complete. It's called continuity. |
emi14:Coming from the same hateful, bitter and bigoted people? Have you looked in the mirror lately? |
Wiretransfer:So where you come from authorized you to be vile, crude, tribalistic and bigoted human being. Your states collect federal allocation and IGR to take care of you so face your useless governors. |
[s] emi14:[/s] I just can not be bothered with this pointless and ignorant rubbish. |
wowmenow:You should first list all the investments Jona you gave 100% of your votes to and the PDP you followed for 16 years and still following bring to your village. And the fact that PMB did or didn't put anything in my Village doesn't mean I should descend to the gutter, vile bigotry, disgusting tribalism and crude level like you people. You people are nothing but unadulterated embarrassment. |
wowmenow:Bigotry and tribalism are all you people know, eat and breath. And you wonder why investments, progress and development sidetracked your village. |

Lagosians don't know this yet, but they are going to enjoy and benefit from this singular and selfless action by Fashola for many many decades to come. The economy of Lagos is getting transformed in less than 2 years when the largest single refinery in the world, largest fertilizer plant in Africa, largest petrochemical plant and largest gas plant in Africa goes into operation. The benefits from jobs to IGR is immeasurable. |

raker300:This loan thing is the most nonsensical and ignorant rubbish ever. FG take out loans all the time to finance projects all over the country with many states left regardless who is paying. The airport Jona refurbished in the SE was taken care of with Chinese loan, so should the rest of the country have shouted and demanded their own airport because they are going to pay back the loan collectively too? What a silly argument. |
osita76:Should the rest of Nigeria also request that every part of the states including local government should be railed? What's next, include every local government? |
989900:Excellent post. I shake my head at people shouting Ambode all over the place and praising him over Fashola just because of pedestrian bridge and flyover after 2 years in Ofice when in fact Ambode is far far behind considering the fact that Fashola already commissioned many pedestrian bridges, flyovers, roads, waterworks, power plants, hospitals, schools, 20 drivers institutes, 30 skills acquisition centers and even rebuilt and restructured many state institutions. ..but somehow I do understand that fact that if you did not follow Fashola's 8 years in Office and his achievements like many on NL jumping all over the pedestrian bridge, it's very easy to reach that ill-informed conclusion, it's pure ignorance. Tinubu came up with the grand masterplan for Lagos and created the institutions needed to deliver the goods, he also set the IGR and the financial path to achieve the laid down objectives. Fashola came in and not only actualized the plan, he also boosted the state's revenue generation capacity from ordinary N500 million per month to N25 billion per month, he transformed LAWMA, LASEMA LASRAB, LASSA. The state's works ministry now manufactures their own pavement bricks and asphalt, LASEMA is not the best and most equipped emergency agency in Nigeria. Fashola also actualised the Lagos Metro Rail Vision which remains the largest and most innovative public works in Africa at the moment. ...but Ambode with N830 billion budget, doubled Fashola's budget and also the largest state budget in the history of Nigeria, all we have are a pedestrian bridge, roads, flyover and basic things that even poor states are doing with ease, no vision or any grand or futuristic projects per Lagos standard. As a Lagosians and per what I witnessed during Fashola's time, I can conclusively opine that Ambode is far far behind. |
es144000:The way Ambode is going with just roads, pedestrian bridge and flyover after 2 years in office, I don't see him achieving half of Fashola's achievements. Fashola's scope is wide, comprehensive and across the board. There are many that many Lagosians don't don't know about. |
CDon:NL is front page is strictly reserved for trash and tribal rubbish. |
