Politics / Re: 3 States Tinubu Has Been Scratching His Head On How To Win by Deprofessional(m): 9:15am On Feb 07, 2023
ScamHunter:
Tinubu is in a dilemma and understandably so. He is the only candidate among the top three who is not sure of winning states outside his region and he's getting frantic. However, Tinubu is seriously trying to score wins outside his traditional Yoruba strongholds. Here are the states Tinubu may be banking on to extend his influence outside his SW region.

Crossriver
This state has an APC governor and a weak one. Even though the governor is hampered by poor performance, Tinubu hopes to make a dash for the state to boast of a foothold in the SS which has been commandeered by the Labour Party's Presidential candidate. How far he can make inroad into Crossriver is yet to be seen.

Abuja
As a cosmopolitan area, Abuja is anybody's to win, but the real challenge in this territory is its large number of enlightened populace. Tinubu is well aware that he stands no chance in places where there is a large population of educated people since this demography are acutely aware of his party's misgovernance and the roles he played in it. Nevertheless, Tinubu needs to gain a foothold in the MB and as the capital of Nigeria, Abuja is an enticing choice outside the traditional Yoruba areas.

Lagos
This state makes Tinubu frenetic. The reasons are that this is supposed to be his home base and losing a state he claims to have built would be calamitous. Tinubu is aware. What's even more unsettling for him is that the Buhari government is tactically moving against his thugs effectively curbing his mobsters base he hoped to use in rigging election for himself in Lagos.

Indeed, these are trying times for Mr Tinubu who at the moment isn't sure of winning in more than 7 states in the election slated February 25.

Tinubu is not in contest. The race is between Obi and Atiku. Moslem Moslem has never worked and will never work in Nigeria.
Ask Abiola who tried it. Both man and heaven rejected him. Tinubu, the known drug lord will be roundly rejected come February 25th, 2023.

This is a very fair argument cheesy

It's easier for the Muslim north to say its thier turn especially the northeast, than a criminal drug baron from SW to come and tell us it's his turn.

It's his turn to collect fire.

Duk dan arewan da zai zabi tunibu to zai iya dasa bomb a masallaci ya tashi

Did I hear fair argument? Chai. Who did this to us?
So Babangida, Abacha, Buhari, Shagari, etc are from the south.

Politics / Re: Herdsmen Invade Ondo Communities; Attack Residents, Set Properties Ablaze by Deprofessional(m): 7:15pm On Feb 05, 2023
copyrites:
Gunmen suspected to be herdsmen have again attacked residents of Imoru and Arimogija communities in Ose Local Government Area of Ondo, Peoples Gazette learnt on Saturday.

A resident in one of the affected communities, Ayodele Ogunmola, in a Save Our Soul (SOS) message, said the gunmen shot at people on sight and torched properties.

“It was a terrible incident. They invaded our community and started shooting sporadically as if it was war. I can’t give the exact number of casualties now.

“Some of them blocked the roads and set properties on fire including vehicles and motorbike. Our women were even molested in the process,” Mr Ogunmola said in a chat.

The Gazette could not immediately get further details of the attack. However, it was gathered that security agents, which included the police and Amotekun Corps, have been deployed to the communities.

All efforts to get the reactions of the police spokesperson in Ondo, Funmilayo Odulami-Omisanya, proved abortive as of the time of filing this report.

Last year, villages in Ose came under heavy attack at the hands of herdsmen. They herdsmen were said to have killed residents, who are mostly commercial farmers.

The marauders had also set ablaze farmlands and destroyed cash crops worth millions of naira.

Every reasonable person, or should I say Christian, should ask himself or herself this question, why always Apostle Suleiman?

Many ladies have in the time past confessed their amorous relationship with Suleiman. Now it is Halima A.

My people have a saying that a woman that went to seven markets and fought seven times, is it the markets that are the problem or the woman?

While some people have come out to defend the Apostle, others have maintained that Suleiman is satanic.

There are other pastors, Bishops, Apostles who are by far richer and 'stronger' in faith than Suleiman, why haven't the same devil been after them with women.

I have never heard of any scandal involving women with the Adeboyes, Moukas, Ibiyiomes, Oyedekpos, Uma Ukpais etc. These men are richer than Suleiman.

I am constrained to believe that there is iota of truth in what all these women have come out to say about the Apostle. And I ask again, why always suleiman?

Politics / Tinubu Will Destroy Nigeria With His Unguarded Utterances. by Deprofessional(m): 10:46am On Feb 03, 2023
Nigerians have been warned for the umpteenth that Tinubu's unguarded utteraces will destroy Nigeria.

Tinubu, who is currently the flag bearer of the APC has been making statements considered unintelligible by a vast majority of Nigerians so far in his campaign outings.

In Abeokuta for instance, Tinubu attacked president Mohammadu Buhari and accused him of putting out policies aimed stifling his presidential ambition. This is the same person he claimed to have single handedly made the president of Nigeria in 2015.

Just yesterday, the presidential candidate of the APC stunned students of universities and polytechnics in Nigeria by making it categorically clear that courses hitherto completed after 4 years of study will now last for a whooping 8 years. Even Mohammadu Buhari, who is considered the all time WORST president of Nigeria was perplexed to hear his party man make such stupid statement.

Indeed, Tinubu has never left anybody in doubt about his mental capacity to lead the most populous black nation in the world. Three days ago, he castigate the governor of akwa ibom state calling him a boy. The insult he passed on to the people of EDO state when he call all their young men yahoo boys.

It was in Delta state that Tinubu opened his mouth and called the presidential hopeful of PDP a former senate president.

Tinubu's penchant for making unguarded statement has been seen as a huge threat to the corporate existence of Nigeria. Imaging if Tinubu wins (God forbid) and he goes to United States of America and tell them that Nigeria is a criminal state. Imaging if Tinubu went to Russia and tell them, advertently or inadvertently, that Nigeria is an ally of the US and that US is planning to attack Russia from its Nigerian base.

Every Nigerian should sit up and understand the inherent risk in electing known drug baron and a man who has been described by his associates as a big thief....

to be continued.

The major problem here is NC, can Obi get that high number there?

Well, let pray PDP snatch more votes from APC.
Obi can't still get that number in SE

I have assumed a 100% voter turnout which is impracticable.

Reduce turnout by 50%, LP will still lead the pack as the party that got the highest number of votes

ojoadeola:
This Poll is commendable

Peter Obi's chances are bright in this election

Taking into consideration the results of the polls conducted. I can infer the following:
I. Labour Party will do well but will come second or third
II. PDP stronghold is in the NW and NC at the moment and that is a challenge
III. APC has a chance to nip it if they put in more effort, as they showed presence in almost all the Zones. SE is giving better returns than expected.

My Verdict (if this poll is correct and used)
1. APC
2. PDP
3. LP

If your verdict makes you sleep well fine.

You will be roundly disappointed this month.

This is the best poll so far, close to reality and my worst case scenario.I have always stated that tinubu and atiku will divide ne nw.whoever wins will do so narrowly and the gap will get narrower.obi will fail woefully in ne/nw.tinubu votes here will cancel whatever obi gets in se ss.the only issues in core north is that I believe kwankwaso will poll higher and tinubu will win yobe.
In nc,I calculated that obi or tinubu will win narrowly.they will cancel each other.obi votes in sw is reducing.I predicted that tinubu will beat atiku in se or ss or both or they draw each other.tinubu weakest zone is se and luckily atiku is also weak there.tinubu is getting stronger in ss..

This poll is more or less an expo for tinubu campaign.they know what to do.overall, obi leads by 3% which is too lean a lead and it can be cancelled easily.all apc needs do is more campaign and mobilization, more funding, stifling of lp bases etc

If you know what is coming on 25th February 2023, then you will know that Tinubu has no chance.

I wont say more than this.

Politics / Bantupage Poll: An Indept Analysis by Deprofessional(m): 12:21pm On Feb 01, 2023
I have made a detailed analysis of the recent poll conducted by Bantupage.

The result of the poll is revealing and may mark a turning point in what we have hitherto known as predictable Nigerian politics.
While LP is largely unknown in NE and NW, the votes garnered by the party in SE and SS dwarfs the votes obtained by APC and PDP taken separately.

Obi's votes in SE, SS, SW and NC dwarfs all the votes garnered by APC in all regions and PDP in all regions not collectively but separately.

LP may not have the required 25% in 24 states but will likely pool the highest number of votes in the event that no candidate steps down for the other.

NNPP was not included in the analysis because it is not a force to recon with.

This analysis has calculated the number of votes each candidate/party will get if there is a 100% voter turnout.
See the attached document for my analysis
