EducationWhat Is Ansu Waiting For To Call Off ASUU Strike? by Dereformer(op): 4:40pm On Dec 01, 2013
Some state universities including some federal ones have already asked students to return to school from today.

What is Anambra State University waiting for to follow others in ending this strike?

With this, which way Nigeria? Where do we face, who do we run to?
huh huh huh
Nawaaa oooo. So the only common factor between both parties is DIE.

All the same, I will still choose PDP over APC cause the devil you know is better than the angel you do not know.
PoliticsRe: 2015: Operation Deny GEJ 25% Northern Votes by Dereformer(m): 3:53pm On Nov 27, 2013
Donmams: You must be joking if you think that conference will amount to anything. The fact is the SS/SE willingly betrayed this country by their open show of discrimination and favoritism. Since GEJ has decided to form a gov't of SS/SE and for the SS/SE alone, we'll see how far that takes him in 2015. The havoc the SS/SE have wreacked on this country will take decades to set right. And the first step to correct the damage is to make sure no SS/SE person is allowed anywhere near political power ever again. Democracy is a game of numbers. And unfortunately for the SS/SE, your numbers just don't add up!
Idiots are known by their utterances.

If you think that GEJ will not win the south west, then you should be ready for surprises.

45% of the population of south-west are igbos and others of south-south origin.

The middle belt as it stands today is solidly for PDP.

More than 35% of of kano population are igbos.

Let me tell you, I am yet to see who APC will field to wrest power from GEJ.

All GEJ needs do is to empower very strong politicians from these APC states. The rest will be stories.
PoliticsMy Advice To Gej Now That The Rebel Governors Are Gone To Apc by Dereformer(op):
Sir, I am one of those who believe that the decamping of the rebel governors is a blessing in disguise. PDP has come to stay and it will be very difficult to dislodge the party if the right things are done and very fast.

An enemy within is the worst type of enemy to be contained. Reason: they are there with you even relating your plan to enemy forces.

Now what needs to be;

(a) start empowering and appointing very popular politicians especially in those non-PDP states.

(B) Let all political appointees understand that aside performance, delivering their states in 2015 is paramount.

(c) Start massive development of the whole country. Let your performance speak for you.

(D) Your current deputy is a political liability. You may consider fielding a more politically relevant person from the core north.

(E) avoid Obasanjo like hell. Never let him be in the know of any federal government plans and program regarding 2015.

(F) General Danjuma should be wooed. He is a political asset.

(G) Bring the senate president closer to you and of course watch your back in doing that.

Mr president, this is time to be more assertive. Make more friends, break ranks, seek alignment and realignment.

Don't forget, do every thing necessary to maintain your hold of SS, SE and MB. The few states in the core north that is PDP, do well to maintain your grip of such states.

I see you coming out of this very victorious and strong.

Thank you Mr President.

Nnewi1stSon: I dont know why these people dont reason any better than the cows they rear. By decamping to Apc, they'll probably do so too with their individual state's Pdp structure, with the northern delegates now out of the way, i see jonathan clinching the primaries, and the same people who voted him in the north(Mostly southerners and Northern Christians) will still do the same in 2015. Infact anyone who thinks this move will have any impact in 2015(Against Jonathan) is a political neophyte!

If INEC on their own fails to cancel this election, the court will.

The evidences of electorial malpractices are just overwhelming.

All PDP, APC and others need do is to boycutt the so called 'supplimentary' election.

Participating in the election will mean accepting the results of the first.

There are already exiting precedence.
PoliticsIn The Event That Anambra Election Is Completely Cancelled by Dereformer(op): 11:13am On Nov 23, 2013
In the event that Anambra Governorship election is cancelled, and cancelled it must, my vote will go to PDP.

I voted LP last week saturday. But, since it is clear that Ifeanyi Ubah can never win the election, voting for him again will amount to wasting my vote.

Ngige will never get my vote. Reason: he is in a wrong party as far as Anambra state is concerned. I made this point clear even before the successful merger of ACN and CPC.

Obiano will never get my vote because he is a puppet and too naive for the demanding act of governance. Above all he ( obiano) is obi's idea of getting a third term.

The only alternative left is PDP and they will get my vote.

PoliticsRe: Jega Admits Officer Incharge of Indemili North Messed-up The Arrangement by Dereformer(m): 10:02am On Nov 18, 2013
Anambra election should be cancelled in totality and rescheduled.

Also, we need to know who the officer in charge of idemilli is. The police should use any means possible to get him to confess who paid him and how much.

He should be made to name other officers in the other local governments that received money to commit fraud in Saturday's election.

The officer should be made to face the full weight of the law. He should be jailed.

What many people do not know is that anambra's election was massively rigged in favour of APGA. From late arrival of election materials in opponents stronghold to non arrival at all. From sending wrong voters register to opponent strongholds to sending insufficient materials.

How come non of this irregularity was witnessed in APGA stronghold?

Jega should not announce any result. If he does then the court should nullify the entire election and order a re-run.

I am sure Jega will toe the part of honour by not announcing any result.
PoliticsRe: Hoodlums Arrested With Guns & Fake INEC ID Cards In Imo by Dereformer(m): 1:35pm On Nov 15, 2013
igbsam: The Commissioner of Police Imo State CP Mohammed Kastina just finished his briefing with pressmen this evening wherein he informed them that the command arrested 181 youths mostly from the southwest part of Nigeria (Unconfirmed) in a popular hotel (Disney Hotel) In Owerri Imo State Capital.

Among items found on the men were said to be many Ngige 2014 posters (Unconfirmed), fake INEC Election Observer Cards, Voters Card, 12 Vehicles etc.

Interviewing them, most of them said they came from Osun State(Unconfirmed). They said they were given N10,000 each with a promise of more monies in return after the elections. They said they were told to move into Owerri for their accommodation, hospitality and camping pending the last night to the Anambara Guber polls.

Amongst those arrested are two members of the Imo Security Network in their uniforms and with their 2 Pump Action Rifles and live cartridges. Addressing newsmen, the Imo CP wondered why people from the west going to Anambara would be found in Imo State? He wondered that Imo was not holding any elections and have no reason hosting such youths from other states.

CP Mohammed Kastina reiterated that Imo State would not be used to perpetuate violence or thuggery in the name of politics.. He said the command is poised to maintain peace in the state and would deal with any threat no matter how highly placed.

As at the time of filling this news, there are unconfirmed reports that another mass of youths are camped in a prominent hotel owned by a highly placed government officials and are also bound for Anambara State to aide the APC candidate (Unconfirmed) in the Anambara guber election.
Ngige has just lost my vote. So all he could do was to import the same tribe that used hunger as a weapon of war during the struggle for Biafran
emancipation.

If Ngige could do this, then there is no guarantee that our monthly allocation will not go Tinubu and Buhari.

Come to think of it, how come all the 120 purported observers are from just the same region?

Ngige has lost my vote but it will never go to Obiano.

Christianity EtcRe: (law) Levites Have Commandment To Receive Tithe, Pastors Tday Were Not Commanded by Dereformer(m): 4:30pm On Nov 14, 2013
Joagbaje: Tithes and offerings are eternal principles . They existed before the levitical priest hood.
The kindom of God has many principles. Tithes , offering , alms giving ,fasting , prayer , worship etc. these principles had been there before the law or levitical priesthood.

Christians are not tithing just because the law say so. But rather because it's a principle . If you don't believe in tithing you should not believe in offerings also. Let's worship God with empty hand.
Principle! To what end?

Jesus said that Tithe is good but that there are more important things which tithe is not part of.

If tithe is as important as it is placed today, why didn't Jesus elaborate on it.

For me, I don't pay tithe and God has been blessing me.

dridowu: Nov 16 is D-Day for Anambra.
Ngige Straight to Gov House as Gov Elect
Gbam.

Before now, I have had sympathy for Obiano; but a thorough analysis of his utterances and campaign, including the nuisance constituted by his supporters, who derive joy in blocking public roads in the name of campaign, shows he is too naive to govern any state in Nigeria.

What I have come to realize lately is that Obiano is Peter Obi's attempt at securing a third term.

I was in awka last week with a group of state civil servants, we were discussing about the forth coming election. One of them told me that the civil servants in Anambra state are secretly supporting Ngige. I was not surprise because my neighbor had told me the same 2 days earlier.

Obiano is too naive. He claimed to be a chartered accountant, which I doubt, considering his penchant for prevaricating in his speeches.

Nigige is the best of all the candidates, both in experience, education, relationship, manifesto and charisma. No wonder he is loved by many.
PropertiesRe: Building My 3 Bedroom Bungalow (the Apocalypse) by Dereformer(m): 3:22pm On Nov 07, 2013
Muyesky: Pillars are very important factors in a building. It forms a binding effect, more like when you wrap your hands tightly round a lady, you know obviously she is going nowhere because she is tightly within your grisp. That's what a pillar does to a building. But since you said its very dry land then you have nothing to worry about. However, if the area is not fully developed and development like road it drainage construction wants to come in, the moments caterpillars and all those heavy machineries starts rumbling the ground, it is usually those without pillars that suffers the after effect. As for the German floor which u didn't do initially, just make sure your concrete to sand mixture for the flooring should be at least 4 inches thick, you should have no problem. The pillars can still be applied at the present stage should you care to do so sir, remain blessed. smiley
Thanks a lot for your response. But how can pillars be introduced to a building that is already up to window level?
PropertiesRe: Building My 3 Bedroom Bungalow (the Apocalypse) by Dereformer(m): 7:32pm On Nov 06, 2013
Op congrats.
Pls i need your advice on this:

I started a 4 bedroom bungalow in my village in Abia state. The project is presently at window level.

But the issue is that i did not do german flooring and there are no provisions for pillars except 2 at the front sit-out.

The land where the building is situated is dry land.

Is my not having german flooring and enough pillars likely to affect the building?

I have seen bungalows built without german floor and pillars still standing after many decades.

Please, professionals, i need your responses on my question. To get money to start building project no be beans oooo.
