The pioneer status is an incentive from the Federal Government which exempts companies from income tax. It is also known as tax holiday and generally regarded as industrial investment device.

This means the companies with pioneer status do not have to pay tax for a certain period of time, allowing the companies to get established. This tax exemption can be full or partial.

There was a day they mistakenly pushed it to N14.75, then quietly returned it to N14 and closed it there.
They never made that mistake again after that price spike.


They now make sure they split their blocks to evade upward price movement.

It went to N14.3 today cos some guys observed what was going on and moved ahead and the volume at N14 has been exhausted for now...

The pattern of accumulation tells me there is a pending announcement before year end.

Talking about VWAP, to the best of my knowledge the VWAP I know & which I have used extensively in my stock trading is for intra-day. If yours can be scaled to longer timeframe, it needs to be tested & proven right to a certain degree. For now, at least for the few posts I read from you, it is not working well
