locodemy: Sir peter, let me first say happy sunday to you. Hope you attended sunday service today? We are now in the era of buying numbers not just stocks. I saw good numbers in fcmb @ Q2 2016 report only for them to have a drop in Q3 2016. In 2017 Q1 and 2,the thing worsen.Fcmb has no numbers now comparing it to Q2 2016. I still retain my holdings believing their will be improvement in the forthcoming results. For now Diamond bank has no numbers when we measure their Q3 profit to 20+ outstanding shares. My previous forcast price for diamond was 0.85kobo but i upgraded it to #1.00 because of this divestment news. so bro dont be shaken by this upward movement.it still has a support @ #1,00 no matter where the price reaches now.
For caverton, nothing is wrong with the company.I will even like people to push down the price a little while i look for some cash to invest there for long term.
Pls TRY to buy numbers not what you like.Numbers is speaking these days no matter how illiquid a stock might be,with numbers it must draw peoples attention.
Happy sunday. Peterichy relieved ALL his DUMB T drivers of their job last Friday. He was certainly not in church today. He was interviewing new guys who will seamlessly take over tomorrow. Even complex numbers, like 'i', which are worse than zero, in some sense, are still numbers.... NB: Peterichy has made me cool cash on two occasions on this forum. Learn to interpret his posts. Always have bags of NASCON in your store before reading his posts.... |

Mpeace: I have held this stock for one year now. Excellent results all through but slow movement in price. Make una come move the thing small na. It has good earning per share 1.55. and could easily end the year on eps of 2.3 if they repeat last quarter's performance. Eternal is a stock with a hidden curse..... I wish someone here will predict the day of cleansing, so we can wait at the gate.... |

Manonamission: I believe you meant Wale Tinubu will walk. Don't put your money on it. SEC has already reached a conclusion of their own with damning evidences against the management. They are only enlisting the help of a professional audit firm to confirm if so or not. There will be casualties.
"SEC explained that it had carried out a comprehensive review of the petitions from Mangal and Ansbury and found a breach of the provisions of the Investments & Securities Act (ISA) 2007; breach of the SEC Code of Corporate Governance for Public Companies; suspected insider dealing; suspected related party transactions not conducted at arm’s length; and discrepancies in the shareholding structure of Oando Plc, among others. SEC said these findings were weighty and needed further investigation." Hmmm. Titanic... |

pluto09: Yes, I still remember. I have to admit that zenith q3 is an improvement over q2 -impairment charges is down from about 42b in 1/2 year to just 4.6b in q3 -percentage of trading income to gross income has also come down. Those were my major concern with zenith in q2.
I am impressed with zenith latest result while I am dissapointed with uba. Will likely reduce my exposure to uba and buy some zenith shares if the price is right. At your back Sir. |
