And the tax payers pay heavily for it. That's where some of those 30% - 45% taken off from hard working people's pay cheque go to.

In uk, all children till age 16 receive a certain amount from the UK government. Has nothing to do with low income. You open an account for your child and the government pay in money into that account from birth every month till they finish secondary school

Don't mind them.
It's painful seeing bin of one month in front of your compound when you pay your bill.
Rats feast on them. Bins are not separated like food bin should be separate from recycled bin etc.
