There are many way to get protein apart from meat.
An egg is actually better and more nutritional.
You are well grounded eating an egg everyday, then get small small protein from the beans family or mushroom.

Mushroom is a very good alternative but Nigerians don't eat mushroom. It can be easily cultivated and dried for family use. Pirate only know source of protein are egg, meat and fish.
Then beans. Pigeon pea is an excellent source of protein. Better than all the beans we eat bit naija man will rather eat pizza and suya.

We call some of our foods native food eg native jollof rice. That is our food, no adulteration so should be Nigerian jollof rice prepared with so so and so. U need to help those children in that area and moreover,even if they don't speak English what is the big deal. Who the English help.
