When I say SSCE was mere refering to either WASCE/NECO. Do you know that some people who has risen to high ranks in some public offices without basic Certificates have theirs at recent times dating 20-22 years ago? Buhari case may not be different.

Coming from a 'progressive'. Buhari should present his certificates to INEC or get disqualified.
