It is my opinion that if you didn't submit your transcript, you may likely not be shortlisted for a telephone interview!

I did last year June. I failed and i got a regret email immediately.

Shell will not review your application if you didn't pass the online assessment.

Better luck next year.

Normally, it takes two weeks for shell to review application (Well, it took them two weeks to call my friend last year).

At the moment, graduate with a grade below a second class(first division) are not considered for recruitment at shell.

Yes, the messages are in two phases: you either get the message i posted here or a regret message.

Shell will not open application if you didn't pass the online assessment.

If you pass, next is telephone interview...if you pass, then the next phase will be Shell Recruitement day (SRD).

Then job offer!

Just so you know: If you are not successful at this stage, you will receive a regret mail!

Most of my friends got a regret mail after they took the second part of the assessment.

I got my test link 3 hours after i submitted my online application!

I wrote the first test....i got a congratulatory message and was invited to take part 2 of the online assessment. The part two (2) was quiet difficult, but i passed. I got a congratulatory message some about 10 minutes later :

I got this:

Dear *********,

Thank you for your interest in a career with Shell and for taking the time to submit your application. This email is to inform you that you have now completed the online assessment.
We will now give careful consideration to your application. You will receive separate notification of the outcome in due course.
Please note that our communication with you with regard to your application is mostly done via email. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you could check your email inbox regularly to ensure we maintain close contact throughout your application.
Please note that if you have previously applied as a graduate, you must wait at least 12 months from the date of your final outcome (three years following attendance at a Shell Recruitment Day or Final Assessment) before submitting another intern or graduate application. If you have applied within 12 months from the date of your final outcome, we will be unable to process your new application.

You can check the status of your application through our website www.shell.com/careers by logging on as a returning user. Please use the same email and password created when you registered to apply.

aodis: They will send those who passed to UACN and test for 2nd stage! They are still yet to decide if they wil set another test or interview striaght. If its interview then there will 2 statges. And one of them will be focus group discussion where u will be assessed by line mangers.

Guy calm down....finish marking what? are you forgetting something here? Just a quick reminder: The test we wrote was online and result should be sent immediately to UACN by workforce. We are talking about data base here, so please marking was done immediately you submitted your online assessment just so you know!



I'm hopeful that God in his infinite mercy will give his people this job....
