The child needs a visitor visa Anon123: Your profile looks good but i need to let you know A VISA IS NOT A RIGHT BUT A PRIVILEGE.
1)That being said, your chances are 50/50.. 2) If you include him, he will get a work permit but why dont you go with your child while your hubby serves as a hometie for you. 3) Not really since the child is still very much young.

I was shocked at the response ooo. makano: Hello dyce,
This is not a good advise to give someone that just got refused, especially the part you mentioned Judicial review....
Do you know what it takes for an applicant to do Judicial review? Have you seen the reasons for refusal and saw anything that warrants a judicial review from the applicant?
Please lets be guided on the advise we give here...

It's possible, however, you'll have lost reasonable sum of money. 1) You cannot board a flight without enrollment Letter 2) You cannot board a flight without showing evidence of school fees payment. Malone122: Evening to you trust you good please I have a question a bit confused here IRCC stated that one cannot change DLI once approved from outside Canada….. What about a situation where one actually uses the approved study permit DLI to travel and lands in Canada gbam!!! Lmao Can the DLI be changed ASAP to another school?? Call IOM Abuja if you are close to Abuja or send a mail or visit IOM Lagos if you are close to Lagos. Inform them of your medical request and retrait to them you have less than 30days to get it across to IRCC. They'll schedule you to a date in September lehinme: Hello everyone! Pls I’m trying to book for medical as I received a message from IRCC to do my medical within the next 30 days but the earliest date I’m getting with both IOM and Qlife is it’s week in Nov. |

Please try to be answering your calls. IRCC sometimes does over the phone interview. Hopefully, you'll be issued your PPR in the coming days. SweetJJ: Hello guys, I am a May 14th applicant still expecting My PPR. In June and July I ordered for my GCMS note. My eligibility review started on June 1 or 2 (can't remember exactly) Two that came in July Eligibility was Review Required. Yesterday the last one came in as Recommend Interview. Meanwhile, preassessment note is blank. And all three notes came in without any seemingly reasonable information. Bikonu, is this a good sign? Any one had that experience? What should I expect?
Help a worried May 14th applicant! |

You can travel the next day after vaccination actually. However, if you don't wait till at least 14 days after the second dose, you'll not be considered to be fully vaccinated and as such, you must quarantine for 14days and do all the things the unvaccinated do. If you can wait 14 days after vaccination, kindly wait. It even saves you some money on flight tickets because the farther date you book for flight, the cheaper your fee. Somekay: Good evening everyone, please for those that have travelled and are in Canada, Must one be fully vaccinated at least 14 days before your planned date of travel to Canada? I plan to take the second dose of vaccine on Monday, should I wait after 14 days of taking it to arrive? |

It's people like your friend (past and present) who have brought the misfortune of strict scrutiny upon Nigerians. People like him use fake documents and negatively impact the visa application and processing of people who use genuine documents. I hope he gets caught, denied, banned from Canada and every other country. Bukuns2000: Good morning nairaland, i have a friend who is trying to apply for a study permit with tampered statement of account, like virtual statement of account, and i have been telling this person that IRCC sometimes go as far to go and comfirm this account sometimes or if am wrong please correct, and if you are caught you could be given a ban. Or is it based on luck, please advice me oo so i can advice this person. Me i didn't do it because am not ready to be given a ban and i am not ready to spoil Nigerians name. still booking space to come share testimony for my own application |
