Too many people have so lofty intentions that they don't give attention to little things. Meanwhile, _if you belittle little facts you will continue to be little._

*Success* _is the cummulative result of doing right things and doing things right over a period of time._

When was the last time you finished a plate of food? That's a kind of 'success'��.

When Goliath showed up, for forty days, he challenged Israel to produce a man who could engage him in battle. That was a gutsy thing to do, right?

Everyone cringed and cowered away in fear. You know why?

That was a matter of track-records!

A man who has not fought a bear or lion cannot dare a Goliath! Yes, he can't.

Then came David. A young man who had killed a bear and a lion without anyone knowing.

He had developed _guts, grit and gumption._

When he showed up before the king Saul, he never looked like the anticipated Saviour. But he was!

Quickly, he communicated his track-records.
_"Your majesty! I have killed a bear and a lion."_

That was his CV. Even king Saul was amazed.

The track-records clearly showed that he could take this risk because he had taken similar risks in time past.

He was given the chance to perform. Boy, he won! Another track-record was added!
.
So, David killed a bear, a lion and now... a giant!
.
Have you noticed that when many companies place their advertorials, they ask for work-experience?
.
Will you employ a man who has not successfully managed a shop to manage your corporation? If you do, that's a height of folly!

There is a difference between a *FOOL* and an *IDIOT*. Let me share this with you.

A *FOOL* does not know what he ought to do. He is totally ignorant.

An *IDIOT*, on the other hand, knows what should be done but he wants to do it in an impossible and unreasonable way.

A *fool* does not know that he needs to climb his 'mountain' (challenge). He leaves things to chance.

An *idiot* knows very well that he must climb the 'mountain'. He greatly aims for the peak but he says, _"I will take one leap and land on the mountain."_

A *fool* does not chase the lion and bear that aims to kill his 'sheep' (ideas, future, plans etc.) He simply allows them to take it away.

But an *idiot* would want to kill a Goliath when he has never fought a dog, talk less of lions and bears.

Many of us have right answers for Question 1 but have not answered Question 2 correctly.

Germany to “train 50,000 Nigerian youths in construction”
27 November 2018 | By GCR Staff

German diplomats have said their government will train 50,000 Nigerian youths in construction and agriculture to meet labour demands.

Christopher Wenzel, Head of Cooperation at the German Embassy in Abuja, told a meeting convened by the German development agency, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit, that the programme would last four years and would provide employment for graduates of the scheme.
“50,000 youth in Nigeria will be trained by the German government within the next four years and we expect all of them to be employed afterwards. What we are doing is to bring together the demand for labour in this country with the supply of skilled workforce,” he said,
reports Nigerian newspaper Vanguard.

Development agency country director, Thomas Kirsch, said the 50,000 beneficiaries will be selected with help from state governments and the private sector.
“We will focus on the priority areas of the present government which are construction and agriculture sectors. We are working with several state governments and organised private sectors like the Chambers of Commerce to identify young men and women who can be trained,” he is reported to have said.
Vice president of the Abuja chamber of commerce and industry, Adesoji Adesugba, lamented the increasing number of unemployed youths in the country
He said: “One thing we have identified especially for Nigeria, is the fact that at the rate of population growth 2.6% every year.

“This implies that we have about 5 million new Nigerians been born, so you can imagine the number of youths that are out there and need to be engaged,” he said, reports

“While we have the universities and institutions training people in different skills, we also need to know exactly what the sectors need.
“We need skilled workforce in special areas but its difficult to find most often and that’s why you find most large companies looking overseas for manpower.
“That’s why the city Chamber of Commerce has made it a priority to have capacity development units.”

Some girls without heart...sometimes feels like their hearts are made up of Iron and steel, it makes it so hard for them to feel the pain and love a man shows her no matter how hard he tries to make her understand how much he loves her and the lots and loads of pain she puts the man in like he is in a pool of water he can't probably get out!!...Apparently, some stories make me go sad!! ....Just want to know why some girls without heart just decide to ruin a man life with pain of love....that can't probably heal forever!! ....Same thing goes to Men with iron hearts....its just so sad!! Why??.....Why this heartless act without any reasonable reason??...sometimes its like she loves him so much that she can't do without him....but its all lies.....she makes him go confuse each time he tries to find out how much love she has for him..but it all seems like she lies big time.....the girl never showed any iota of real love for him, never cared!! he gets tired after 5years of confusion in a relationship....he then cuts it off.....she gets wild and throw insults on him..but now begging thru a friend of her's for acceptance back and ready to prove real love....claiming she never knew how to express her love for real..... 10 Common Guy Break Up Strategies
1. Avoidance: This is the most common method. Research has found that decreased contact is the preferred method by guys.
Men will often employ this tactic when intimacy was historically low with a mate and there’s little likeihood of maintaining a friendship.

2. Truth distortion: Not all that common, but some guys will engage in various forms of distortion as a post-break up strategy. Examples include telling friends, “I’m doing fine,” and “I never really liked her.”
The goal is to reinforce an internal message of being impervious. It also couples as a weapon against an ex that signals: You didn’t mean that much .

3. Incremental withdrawal of support: Yet another way guys deal with breakups is by slowly cutting off emotional support. Here, the man will become less available to talk, discuss problems with, and provide comfort.
In this way, the man is telling an ex (indirectly) that he values her less. This is a conscious choice on the part of the guy and is designed to act as an emotional shield.

4.Permanent Timeout: In many ways, this is a cruel strategy used by some men. Here, the guy might say something like: “ Maybe we should have some space from each other.”
When you translate this into guy-speak, it’s almost a surefire bet that he’s calling things off. Moreover, it’s his way of lessening his emotional pain.

5. Jerk: When employing this tactic, they guy will deliberately become obnoxious, rude, argumentative, and outright nasty. The behaviors are designed to send the message: “You hurt me now I’m going to hurt you.”
As alluded to earlier, the more intense the ugliness, the higher the guy’s level of pain. In many ways, this paradoxical approach makes the man feel worse due to intense feelings of guilt.
The only exception to this would be if the guy is a narcissist or sociopath.

6. Direct Dump: This one is exactly what it sounds like; a sudden end to the romance. The decision is announced arbitrarily by the guy and can happen face-to-face, through text or e-mail.
Usually, the girlfriend is not given a choice. An example declarative statement might be: “ This isn’t working out. We’re done.”
Men who take this approach are usually very direct and channel alpha characteristics. If there is one benefit linked to direct dumping, it’s this – there’s no misunderstanding where he stands.

7. Dating Other People: Another approach that some guys will use is to suggest that both parties in the relationship date other people. A typical comment might be: Maybe you should try dating another guy? Here, the inference is that you are in the wrong relationship.
Here, the dumper uses ambiguity to provoke a breakup. Think of it as his way of saying he’s going to be looking elsewhere and so should you.

8: Justification: In relationships with guys who require a high degree of autonomy, you will often see the justification strategy employed.
Example: We’re becoming too dependent upon each other and that’s not healthy.

In counseling, I’ve personally talked to guys who have revealed to me they intentionally do this as a form of gaslighting.

10 Negotiated Goodbye: The final way a guy will break things off with a mate is through negotiations. This approach is preferred because it gives both parties a chance at supportive communication.
Sadly, it’s not one that is often used by men because, in order to do it, they need to be emotionally vulnerable. When it does happen, it usually occurs in longer-term relationships.
Additionally, guys negotiate when both parties know things have been over for a long time but nobody wants to admit it.

Traditional cameras
This cameras measure resolution by the number of horizontal lines called TVL(television linese). A higher the number of lines in an image means better resolution. But now technology has mostly shifted from TVL to pixels, that makes traditional analog less demanding because it doesn't give a sharp and quality footage.
Analog cameras
It is capable of capturing high definition video surveillance footage up to 1080p resolution....it is measure in pixel.They can record surveillance video in 720p, 1080p high definition(HD).
HD camera has different standard, incase you wanna buy a HD analog CCTV camera make sure they have these three standards.
AHD: Analog High Definition
TVI: Transport video interface
CVI: Composite video interface.
IP cameras
IP is known as internet protocol, IPv4 is currently the most used internet protocol now....IP cameras is of two types
Non POE/Normal cameras
POE enabled IP cameras
POE means power over Ethernet .
The image quality, sharpness is much greater than conventional analog CCTV cameras, and better than HD analog CCTV cameras.
Wireless Cameras
wireless security cameras are closed circuit television cameras that transmit a video and audio signal to a wireless receiver through a radio band....As a consultant you don't have to recommend this type of cameras to your client because hackers can easily hack d cameras which may lead to serious security issues.

Dome Camera: Dome Cameras is a half spherical shaped cameras... They give a wide coverage of an area, it can be vandal resistant, and indoor and outdoor options are available.
This type of cameras are mostly used for indoor security systems. Some dome cameras are design with infrared illuminators enable them to capture videos in low conditions....
As a consultant you know that due to its wide coverage capability, they are majorly installed in Retail stores and offices where wide coverage is needed.
Bullet cameras
They are long and typered cylinder cameras. They are mostly used outdoors, especially area where long viewing is necessary..
We can use bullet cameras indoors where the long viewing is required like backyards and parking spots.
Incase your client ask you that he/she wanna install a camera where wide viewing is needed please don't recommend bullet cameras because it is for long viewing not wide viewing.
Box cameras
Box cameras are comprised of the camera body and lens.
For indoor use : a mount bracket is required for installation.
For outdoor use: a housing is required.
I wont be making emphasis on C and C mount cameras. am sorry
We mostly used this cameras at the receptionist area, because we can actually adjust the focus and the angle of view. They can be zoomed without in or out without losing focus.
PTZ camera
PTZ means PAN/TILT/ZOOM. PTZ cameras can pan(move left and right), tilt(move up and down) and zoom in or out, PTZ can rotate 360degrees to view an object directly below dem....indoor and outdoor options are available.
When installing a PTZ camera make sure you also a fixed camera with it...why because in a case you wanna view an event going on at that moment, you will only focus the camera at that particular place to know what exactly is going on leaving other areas unchecked, that's why you should also install a fixed camera wit it.
PTZ offers distance learning, it is used in sport, that's why it's easy for a referee to go back and look at the recorded footage of the scene so that he can make the right decision.
All these are CCTV technology.
