Is it a good deal? No it's not because your brother has to pay for everything.
Information about estimated cost of research should be on the school website. Thank you! |

DestinyCHILD1: Good morning house! Please I need an urgent clarification from you guys.
My brother applied for MSc in Mechanical Engineering in a Canadian University. He contacted a supervisor for his research, the supervisor accepted the request with the condition that my brother will fund his research. He stated clearly in the mail, that he (the supervisor) doesn't have funds for MSc students.
Please can anyone throw more light on this? Is it a good deal? What is the estimate for the research? |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: How Reliable Is Peace Corps Of Nigeria Job? by DestinyCHILD1: 6:52pm On Jul 31, 2016 |
TeddyPendergrass: see if the peace corps or however you say their name employed someone like you then there aren't really thorough with their recruitment process and I implore the NL community to take advantage of this mediocre process.
first of all bills that are being read and passed on the senate floor are part of public records accessible to everyone who wants to find out. they don't do this reading in private. now, I had a look and could not find any evidence of the said bill being read by the Senate. I said I didn't find not that there isn't. there could be, I just didn't find.
secondly, because something is on the news does not mean it's true. I am sure you are aware there was a time a minister of the state defrauded Nigerians of their hard earned money in the name of immigration employment. by the way this happens everyday: fake employment on national dailies. believe it or not.
lastly, I am not discouraging anyone from giving this a try, I am just offering my 2 kobo of sense which I am entitled to considering this is a public forum in a democratically governed country.
so understand before you throw rocks.
btw I stand by my earlier statement: any organisation or individual that demands money from you to offer employment is either GNLD or fraudulent. anyone defending them is either part of the fraudulent scheme or has been a victim and wants others to be victimized too.
now, having said this I will encourage all to please not quote me in the absence of your brain.
process at your own discretion. I will quote u bc I agree strongly with the points you made. I can only add that those willing to join the Peace Corps should be patient, let's know the final decision of the FG on the matter. Remember, so many people paid with the same motive of been absorbed by the FG years ago. |

akuracy: Bros are you sure you didn't apply for quality assurance analyst ? If I can remember in the application link then, e be like say them get quality specialist and quality assurance analyst. But if they won't call for invite, they should have sent a congrats mail or a regret mail. But the latter we rebuke. Nestle hardly sends a feedback mail, u can only get shortlisted if u meet their requirements. |

As it is now, I commit everything to God. I called GIresources yesterday and was told that the reason for delaying my mail is because I'm not from Kwara (that is the state I chose in the application). He said they dnt want a situation where I can't mingle with the people because I'm from a different tribe. Although, he assured me that I will hear from them soon....so I'm waiting for their mail & I hope it comes out positive. @ZajB, your post confirms what the guy told me. They want indigenes to be assigned to their states of origin. |
