ORI is sheabutter oil.you can get it at any local market,the adin is common in the west,I don't know the english name,the ororo means groundnut/veg oil,that one is a jest

I stoppd late nt snackng and became consistent with portion control

1 drnk my herbal tea
2 stopped eating from 6
3 I hate exercise so whenever thr was a place to go to I walked and tk d stairs
4 ate alot of vegetables n fruits reduced oil n suger
