May I ask why you have chronic osteomyelitis?

u cld try to drink alot of water bfr meals to avoid over eating

yay i now weight 30 kg less , its not easy but totally worth it , had a bmi of an obese, over weight and now a bmi of a normal person
but still got 17 more kg to shed.
