Wisely? As I am very broke, I should use my scarce money to pay for transport to go for the interview. After the interview and the salary can't pay for my transport, will the employer refund me?

Months ago, someone posted on Facebook that he needs a secretary.

I replied him and we moved on to WhatsApp.

I asked him for the salary range. But he dodged the question and ask me to come for interview.

With the way the economy of this country is looking depressing, it is very vital to know the salary before spending your money on expensive transport.

I didn't attend the interview cos that's a red flag.

Imagine after passing the interview and the salary is made known and I am not satisfied with it, then the employer has wasted my time and my transport money.

Sometimes one has no option than to patronize some of these loan apps. They're a necessary evil, like the Nigerian police.
But if I may ask, what other action do you want to take against them, seeing that you don't even have money to eat? I don't mean that as an insult, just an innocent question. It's best to just let it go since you've paid already. Next time you're out of options I'll suggest you use more reliable apps instead, like carbon, fair money and palmcredit. Although they all have their own disadvantages.

Due to the hardship, I had to resort to borrow to survive for some days.

I had plans to pay back. But the loan agent started threatening me today. I borrowed 6,000 naira on 13th August 11pm to pay back 8,800 naira in 7 days but the agent changed the story that was 6 days and not 7 days.

Even if it was 6 days, today has not elapsed. But the agent sent threats to me on my WhatsApp and called one of my contacts who recorded the conversation.

My plan was to pay tomorrow but after the constant messages, I decided to go out and and pay via POS


I have already made a bad review for the app. I want to take other measures against that loan app.

Always check your balance or credit history on the bank's app to be sure a payment sent to you really entered your bank account. Anyone that doesn't know this should only do business with cash.

The water vendor is naive to use your own debit alert as a proof.
