Sorry brov. i just modified it. twas a slip of 'd finger'. lol. . . so ur reply now, don't b biased. |
Chelsea will be at home to welcome Inter Milan on tuesday at 19:45 GMT, for the return leg of the UEFA champions league round of 16 fixture. the west londoners had lost the first leg by a goal margin. it ended 2-1 in favour of the visitors. the inter milan coach, jose murinho, happens to have a good knowledge of Chelsea- his former club from where he moved to inter milan. Chelsea have been in good form lately. who do you expect to carry the day? ![]() |
No!!!! |
Unless God wants it otherwise, the Akwa Ibom state Governor, Godswill Akpabio will win 2nd term in office. the Speaker of Nigerian youth parliament, Comrade Onofiok Luke, gave the assurance when he featured on THE BUSH HOUSE-An AKBC radio interview programme in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state. this morning. he spoke on a number of national issues ranging from the recent Jos crisis to issues bothering on security in Akwa Ibom- his home state. |
naija_swag:why do you like posting a reply BEFORE YOU READ PEOPLE'S POSTS? i said IT WAS JUST REPORTED BY RADIO NIGERIA at 4.00pm. ~Bluetooth: ~Bluetooth:pls read my post again CAREFULLY. Fhemmmy:source: RADIO NIGERIA-UPLIFTING THE PEOPLE, AND UNITING THE NATION! lol. phemmy how you dey? |
A Radio Nigeria and CNN reporter were attacked during the mass burial of jos crisis victims. the radio nigeria reporter was beaten almost to the point of death before being rescued by security officials. the report says they were mistaken for aljazera reporters who, they said, have not been fare in covering the crisis. This was just reported by radio nigeria. for God's sake, what is happening in plateau state? |
Dis Guy:Yes that's true. and that's because in most of the northern states you wouldn't find those useless guys on the road cos they mayb no potholes or similar places to mount road blocks. lmao. . . |
The reason is simple: from makurdi to cross river, then to the east and west, is where you find the worst roads in nigeria. so probably they tax the drivers to raise some funds for maintenance. if you doubt, travel from cross river to Abuja then notice the change in road network once you enter nasarawa state. who would be happy? Quote me anyhow you want! |
My question is: why must it always happen on sundays? |
The supreme court has reversed the dismissal of former managing director of first bank of nigeria. at the ruling, the court said he should still be regarded as managing director. more details soon- NTA News |
Thank goodness they failed, PDP almost dragged this nation to the 'middle of nowhere'. i've said it several times, nigerians will be fools if they vote PDP in the next elections. Like one of my brothers asked: WHY SHOULD THEY THINK THEY'LL WIN IN NEXT GENERAL ELECTIONS? |
Nope. i've not heard from them too |
Xavier.:OK. but among those 'thieves and fraudsters' who tried the most to show an example of what the nigerian senate should look like? Ntom:Right? |
kcjazz:Guy you don miss am. lol. . . Chuba ke? naijamini:Bros, let's do the right thing and contribute our own quota. who knows, like aisha said, it may go a long way in bringing back the much needed development we're clamouring for. cos by then even the senators and other public servants will know that WE KNOW our rights, so they can't fool us! |
Quote from aisha2: Senator Ken Nnamani, Fair, Mature, Intelligent, and he crowned it all with the way he handled third term. . . Stop being ignorant, just answer or leave the thread, why do we always complain without comending people who do things right, if you do not follow the senate sessions or write to your senator its no ones fault but yours, have you ever written how u feel to your senator and he did not reply you? Do you even know where his counstuency office is? Your role in democracy is not just to complain but to act through the right channels. If you feel strongly on an issue write to your rep, he will reply you. Even when you have pressing issues you need his intervention with, write, Not to ask for money but for example if you were wrongly disengaged from work or unjustly treated, that is what they are there for but when people like you only complain and do nothing this is what you get

aisha thanks for ur comments. hope someone learnt from that. you did well to give your reasons for choosing ken, he did well in his time. i'll tell you mine soon. why i said we should consider it from the begining of fourth republic is that some of the past leaders of senate had less work to do. thanks |
Considering the state of the polity and the way the leadership of the upper house has handled issues or even from commencement of the fourth republic, Who's your best nigerian senate president ever? |
There are indications that the Yar'adua's kitchen cabinet has directed the acting president Goodluck Jonathan not to use the president's sit in today's federal executive council meeting owing to the fact that president Yar'adua may attend the meeting. my question is: WHAT HAPPENS TO THE CLAUSE FROM THE SENATE THAT THE PRESIDENT WILL HAVE TO INFORM THE LAWMAKERS WHENEVER HE RETURNS AND IS FIT TO CONTINUE IN OFFICE? will he ignore the senate's directives concerning his office, what about the acting president? the story continues. . . |
Well said bro! at least let us wait 4d ministers' report then we'll know what's up. if they play along, fine. but if nigerians are NOW AWAKE, they shouldn't be bribed by those PDP guys again in 2010 cos i'm sure they aren't the true wish of nigerians. |
fyneguy:LWKMD!!! |
The ministers nominated by the federal executive council to visit president Yaradua in Saudi Arabia will commence their trip this evening. this is contrary to earlier reports in some national dailies that the first lady has made moves to stop the ministers from seeing the ailing nigerian leader. this was reported by radio nigeria. the story continues. |
Johnnoo:You guys said it all. |
Vice President Goodluck Jonathan is now the acting president of nigeria. both houses of the legislature yesterday empowered him as acting president pending the full recovery and return of the president. he has since assumed office after a nationwide broadcast. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/mobile/africa/8507289.stm |
Moreti: LMFAO. . . bros, you be igbo abi? you sound like one nija film i watched sometime ago. sorry, Chelsea don carry this one. . . |

Go Chelsea, Go!!!! |
***Hisses and clicks on next thread*** |
@Ebonyeyes: very true. my grandmum died in feb 1992 and d husb (my grandfather) fell sick after d burial and died in feb 1993. so you can say that again. lol |
Yeah, anyone that fails to plan is definitely plannin to fail. appointing a new coach at this very time is indeed, plannin to fail at d world cup! |
NFF's decision is ill-timed. again, Who's responsible for d sackin of the players espc yakubu or even martins that couldn't convert even one of 9diff scorin chances? for me, the team that went to angola has only one or two players that should make the new team, and that player is OSAZE ODEMWINGIE. posterity won't 4give any nigerian fan that'll speak evil of this guy-he's always been there-right from the qualifying matches. |
