I wasnt unable to pay for the jamb matriculation list dues, though my school is yet to upload our name to nysc senate list, but i saw my details correctly on the senate list pasted to the school for mobilization, but since the school is yet to upload to nysc portal, should I be worried about the matriculation list payment kindly advice. Thanks

Hi, Terry... What is the state of your health now Cox m having some similar symptoms. The last test I did doctor told me stomach infection was given injection for five days but still no effect. The only temporary remedy I found for constipation is Edmark shake off , other than that acid reflux remain, ulcer symptoms remain.... Please what have you used that works

Slice and soak unripe pawpaw in water for 3days. After 3 days, seive and refrigerate and drink consistently. Before you finish the current one, make sure you have soaked another.

Another thing is Banana flower mixed with honey. Lick it as much as you can to mitigate the pain.

By far the most important thing is diet. Do not consume fried food, drinks high in cafferine, alcohol, peppery food, maize (boil or roasted). While treating mine, I restricted my diet to wheat, cooked unripe plaintain, Oat, Crackers biscuit, Banana flower, fish (not even meat), a lot of sugar free liquid milk and water.

Ulcer diet can be expensive sha, but drugs can only reduce the pain temporarily. Diet is the key
