Can you upload a picture of it. In most cases, the network antenna is at the bottom of the casing and not at the top close to the camera.

@devicetek pls help a brother my infinix x551 has network issue 3g has been a disaster i hardly get 3g signal and if i set it 3g only i dont see any network unless i set it to 2g/3g i see two bars of 2g network..Note people within d same region with same x551 and network as i see full and stable 3g network..am on xui 1.N.1.1 am thinking its d software buh can software update cause network issue...

If you upgraded your phone recently, I will recommend you downgrade. There are lots of troubles that comes with upgrading android versions. Normally, the processor of phones are made for their default android versions and if the version is updated, the processor can start malfunctioning in some devices.

If the phone is not tightly screwed please try to tighten the screws. the network antenna is located at the back of the back cassing and if not tightly screwed it may not work properly.

Am still not able to download properly. It seems my antivirus software is deleting part of it. it is deleting miracle box loader which is even the main one i need. But my desktop rejected the installation out rightly. though it was downloaded properly only accesing it now is my problem.. I dont know what u can do for me? This those am able to acces.

This has happened to me like a thousand times. My malware removal deleted mine recently when I was trying to clean my pc. You have to download again. This time, tel your antivirus to ignore the file. Sorry.

Well. I don't know why touchpad is mentioned here. Is the touchpad broken? (The touchpad is the glass above the screen). I think it will be wrong to interfere here as I cannot see the phone and the panel but be careful.

I have responded to your message earlier but it could net send because of network error.

The first thing I would normally do as a technician is to service the phone (open the phone, clean the panel with toothbrush and slightly heat it).

Do this.
Connect the phone t a computer and see if the computer can detect it. If it detects it, then the phone may be easy to redeem. If you can remove the battery and insert it back again it will be better. If you have another battery that is fully charged use it.

About the clone iphone 6, it is the battery problem. The terminals of the battery needs to be scraped with a sharp object. Also scrap the terminals in the phone that connects the battery to the phone. You may also want to use paper to lap the battery to make it tight with the phone. In most cases like this, this is the solution.

The charging port is bad. Very soon it may stop charging. For now you will only be positioning the charger at some specific angles to charge the phone.

Unistall high end apps and games. If the problem continues, the reset the phone to factory default.

There is an app on play store you can download and use to insert the imei into the phone. just type imei on play store search bar, download the recommended app, read the instructions on how to insert the imei and install.

If you find it hard to do, search google on how to insert the imei and you will find host of answers. I have changed emei lots of times and all worked out well.

About the update to nougaut7.0, I hope you will not regret doing so. Just saying.

You flashed the phone with the wrong ROM. make sure you flash the phone with the correct ROM (firmware) and variant. I don't know of tecno g9 but it may have more than one variant. Also try use the cracked version of miracle box to flash mtk phones. It is more reliable for flashing of phones. Change the battery and the charger.
First try a different charger with a good USB cable. If the Charger is not strong enough or the USB cable is not original, you may have this problem.

The battery can also cause this problem if it is not in good health.

My infinix x551 goes off on it's own and when it come on it hangs at "optimizing 13 out of 126apps" and it takes about 2hours to come on and if there's a little touch or shake it goes off again.

What happened to the phone that caused this issue? A little ideal will be of great help to me.

Normally, I would conclude the the battery is having contact problem. But that it uses inbuilt battery makes it hard for me to take that as the reason.

Reset the phone to factory default and see if it works. You can do this by pressing the power key and the volume + key at the same time when the phone is off. When you get to the recovery menu, you should find your way from there.

Well, I have had this problem before and what I did was rest the phone, reinstalled all my apps and it worked well. But I don't want you to go through that. Go through your apps and see if you have high end app tht you really do not need. Uninstall them and you are done. I will be a lot more easier if you do that through the "downloaded app" section in the "manage app" under "settings"?

So sorry. You shouldn't really be having this problem. It might just be manufacturing error from the company. Either you take it to carlcare service center if you have the warranty that came with the phone or you have a technician change the battery.

A good technician can work on the screen light without changing the screen. Because this is highly risky many technician will prefer to change the screen. (this is risky because while trying to fix the bulb that lights the screen, the screen can easily get broken).

I will recommend you perform a strong dry fasting and prayers for seven days (lol) so that the problem will just be bridging. If it is bridging, it means that water is touching both terminals of the bulb preventing it from working. Once heat is applied and the phone serviced, the phone will work normally again.

However the case turns out to be, you need the help of a repairer.

Have you tried to change the default write disc to SD card in setting?
You can do that under storage in the settings. Play around it and you find your way out.

Also try if you can move some already installed apps to SD card. Go to settings ==apps (or manage apps) == click on the app and do the moving from here. Only downloaded apps can be moved.

Here is something you can go about it.

1. Go to settings and find app (app manager). In the app manager, locate the music player app under "all app" and when you click on the music player app, clear it cache and data. Restart your phone and you are done.

3. Factory reset the phone in the unlikely rear case if non of the above worked.

Infinix note2, fell on the ground and has refused to on. The technician said he had to blow it, after which the phone boots to a point and hangs completely. It only powers on when the technician does something to it, no matter how much i charge it, it doesn't power on.

I am not in abuja and I don't know anyone to recommend there. Most android phones with non-removable batteries have the same way of removing them and the procedure is pretty easy. I tried quoting your latest message but my computer is giving my problem doing so. From a suggestion I read from one source, keep the phone charging for a long time. Might be up to 24 hours and it will start charging from 1%. I have not tried this personally, but it is from s reliable source.
