I tried quoting your latest message but my computer is giving my problem doing so. From a suggestion I read from one source, keep the phone charging for a long time. Might be up to 24 hours and it will start charging from 1%. I have not tried this personally, but it is from s reliable source.

In most cases like this, the battery is likely responsible. If it is a removable battery, please change it. It should solve the problem

Was the Charging port having problem before? Use a cracked Miracle box to flash it. Miracle box, from my experience, flash phones SP flash tool cant flash.

Also try boost the battery even if with desktop charger.

Hard to get. But I read something online sometimes ago about a app from play store that can deligate power to your volume key so it can light the screen. It means that if you press the volum key, the app will make it turn the screen on. If you look hard enough, you should find it.

Most problems with android phones can be easily resoved by simply reseting the phone. Please try a factory reset.

You must have overheated the phone while replacing the charging port. Unfortunaely, I do not have the PCB for tecno 8H. Look around the charging port if you will notice a place in the pcb with a component that have pulled out. You should know if any component pulled out.

Yes. You need the help of a technician. It could be that the camera terminals in the flex are dirty or the camera is simply dirty. Let a technician continue with this.

It seems like your phone has been worked on before and that camera is affected inside from the panel.
Just to be sure, go to settings, then app managements, then all apps. Look for the camera app here, forcestop and clear its cache. then launch it and see if it works. If it does not, then it is a hardware problem. The camera needs to be changed.

Could it be that there is poor internet network where you are especially inside your house? If this is not the case, then

First thing first, Try factory reset.
Second thing second, check the hardware network metal in the phone.
Third thing third, flash the phone.

If you are not a technician, do not attempt the second and the third options.

Factory reset will not do any good. It will not increase the battery life by even 0.1%. If you reset your phone, you will only be erasing important games and apps for nothing sake.

Truth is, you have no much option than to change the battery.
If the battery is imbuilt, I can show you how to do it without having to pay a technician for the service.

What phone are you using?
is it all calls that produces that sound or just a call to a specific person?
How long has this been o going on?
Can you try call customer service and listen if you can hear the voice of the machine speak?

If it works for other calls but on one specific call you hear sounds like wind, it means that the mouthpiece of that person is bad. You have to do nothing in this case.

If this is a problem with all calls, then the first step is to change your earpiece inside the phone.

Please let me know the answers to the above for me to proceed to help you

Whenever I start charging my Gionee M5 Mini, and switch it off so as to charge faster, the battery percentage would skyrocket immediately. Even today, the battery percentage jumped from 29% to 55% when I switched it off. It drains faster than it should everytime such thing happens. Please help me

The battery is bad. It needs to be replaced. If it is inbuilt battery and you want to replace it yourself, let me know here. I will show you how to replace it.

If you are sure that poor network and insufficient data are responsible and you have restored the phone to factory default with no success, then flash the ROM (Read Only Memory) of the phone and proceed with the update. This should solve the problem

As for the browsing problem, there may be 3 reasons responsible. Either poor internet network connection in your area (sometimes from the internet service provider) or the phone is not properly configured for browsing or the phone has a hardware problem (This is rare).

Please let me know what you have done on the phone before. Also contact your internet service providers for assistance.

Download the file to a computer, copy it to the tab internal memory and Run the update process again. Can the tab be updated in its settings?

My experience with injoo taught me that they have a little poor screen resolution and graphics. I will recommend tecno tabs. 7c pro has good battery capacity with good screen resolution. Tecno winPads are great too. Try these.

Here is what you can do to make the battery last a little more longer
1. Off your phone while charging. if not possible, do not operate while charging.
2. Some high end games and apps are not healthy for your battery. Avoid them
3. If the charger your are using is not the original one that comes with the phone, then try another one
4. Close all recently opened apps from the tray
5. Restrict the background data of the phone
