my itel 1556 suddenly developed a screen misbehavior: you press a point and it responds by pressing another region entirely, the fone is fairly new, i once took it to Carlcare for OS issue b4 and now it is still useless to me. I had been thinking of taking it there again to get professional guaranteed help (without worry of getting other parts damaged as is customary to these Lagos technicians) but the cost has been the bane. Sorry about your Itel phone.
Is any part of the top screen (touchpad or sensor) broken? If no, try follow the instruction in this post Tecno Tablet Problems And their Solutions. Look under the subheading "Tecno Tablet Screen Does Not Respond To Touch". This is very much applicable to your Itel phone.

If the touchpad is broken, then consider changing it. it should not be more than 3k maximum. (MAy be more than that depending on your location)

Has any part of the touchpad broken or has a crack? Notice that the touchpad is the small flat screen on top of the main screen. If the touch pad is broken, then you should change it. A technician should do this. If it is not broken, perform the "rituals" of lightly pressing the end sides of the screen as explained in the screen section of this post How To Repair Infinix Phones – Infinix Phone Problems
If this suggestion did not help you in any way, consider changing the touchpad.

Replace the screen and the problem will be solved. I doubt if it is a panel problem.
As for the amount, I can't say. It depends on your location.

The Technicians should provide the SIM sit and not you. If a specific technician cannot find it then try another. At least they may be able to unintall it from another phone with similar SIM sit.

About 4days ago, my phone SIM network bars just disappeared just like that. The phone didn't fall neither did any thing hit the phone. I removed the SIM cards and reinserted them back yet the signals didn't come up. I rebooted the phone, removed and reinserted the sims back again, the SIM 2 signal came up but when I tried making a call, it showed "radio off" and the signall disappeared.


The next day, the signals suddenly reappeared and remained till last night when they disappeared again.

When I switch it on in 'dual SIM settings" via settings menu, it automatically switches off.

Please what could be the problem? What is the possible solution?

The problem is with the charger and not the battery. Change the charger. All chargers are not the same. Experiment with different chaagers.

It could be that your memory is filled up. uninstall some apps to free the memory.

Get the original play store app from another android phone like tecno phone. You can do this through flash share with some phones.

I will recommend that you you uninstall high end games and apps to free memory. Close all background apps and clear cache for any app that is not responding on time.
If you continue to receive this message after attempting the suggestions provided above then consider factory reseting your phone.

Answers.

1 -Regular internet activities including downloading while charging kills battery faster that even running apps.

2 -Yes the inbuilt battery can be changed and you can see the procedures here in How To Replace Tecno W3 W4 C8 C9 CX N9 Battery

3 -Downloading games from other sources apart from play store is unsafe for you phone. Do not try it as you may download virus into your phone.

This could be the reason for the problem. The battery is drained and cannot charge, cannot power the phone. To be sure, if you can, try power the phone with another fully charged battery.

As for the charging port terminate that is broken, you will have to get a good technician to fix it. Please remind me the model of the device once more so I can send the panel picture on how to fix it in case any thing goes wrong.

Oh yes thats what i did on my desktop i disable my antivirus completely and try it again and it was open. But when i close it and wanted to open it again it keep demanding to run, i thought it should run just once but each time i wanted to open it i have to keep running. Is there anything i can do about it? But when i reacivate my antivirus back it open but it still brings out the run page. If it continue that way my antiviru will block it again that's my fear.
