To further buttress this point, I would like to use an hypothetical "Mr A and Mrs B" as a case study. Mr A and Mrs B works on a "8 to 5" basis. They both have a family issues which of course is bound to affect their ability and productivity either negatively or positively depending on how its managed. Mrs B runs the stress-packed schedule of feeding and dropping her three kids in school . Mrs B who also just bought a car shares a parking space and office space with Mr A who happens to be a seasoned driver but he is having a hard time with his nagging wife. If Mrs B comes to work and is unable to park well in her space, she parks with her car trunk slightly brushing a chunk off Mr A's brake light like a shark bites of its meal with a side of its mouth. Mr A psychological picks an image of his wife who is always conceived by him as a woman unable to comprehend certain factors. This could result in a brawl between Mrs B and Mr A( co-workers) who may not be patient enough to understand their varying circumstances. You see, I would love to say "this is why I should be employed", but instead, I would say "why shouldn't I be employed when I can guarantee informed choices ? Informed choices which are capable of shaping, boosting and solidifying human relationship and understanding among your labor force in order to attain absolute commitment and then achieve a common goal. I believe workers who were once noticeably productive but now reduced to or redundant in output are struggling in their workplace and can be best helped by interventions that link family and work. We have found ourselves in a time suicide is as popular as a fish with water. Yet, people shy away from councel that would help reduce such self and communal unloving act. It could be argued that workers despise seeking counseling from community agency to address family problems probably because of privacy and stigma associated with having family crisis. When I say family crisis, it's not limited to marital discors leading to physical exchange but extends to drug abuse, alcoholism, various forms of addiction, family problems such as divorce, financial challenges or difficulties, child abuse and neglect, and poor parenting skills. All these may or may not be directly connected to work place challenges but it's bound to affect your workforce because whatever affects a man's family affects him too and its directly proportionate to how well a man delivers his duty to make prestigious organizations greater. So it is advisable for every firm or organization to have a counseling section solely dedicated to their employees. This will to a large extent guarantee privacy, accountability and accuracy in tackling situations that could be counter-productive. Ofcourse, I believe I can convince you of a known self revealing fact: at one point in time or even now, every member of your labor force has for certain occurrence they would be willing to share and seek advice about. And with this I am convinced I wouldn't be a bad result if employed and given a chance to prove myself. Cc ifyalways |

Such that in the next few years we could look back and appreciate how far greatness have come! Such that we could look back and understand truly, not just "why I should be employed '', but "yes! We employed him" , I can confidently work with existing facilities contributing the best of my ability skills and experience of achieving organizational goals and objective while deriving job satisfaction. I have a track record spanning over 6 years of working with different businesses serving as a sales coordinator, business affairs manager (BAM) and also as a Teacher in the Educational sector. Each of this diverse sectors has graceful expanded my experience and horizon; to see things as they really are and to blend perfectly in this constantly revolving and evolving labor market. Experience: they say is key. An employee will be lost or not be able to water any strong root without a prerequisite experience. I have the experience. I have the knowledge. I am flexible, I am willing to learn new things, explore new horizon and add value to my employer while contributing to myself and the society at large. Because we need the society and the society needs us. I have been fed knowledge and an in depth look into every inch of societal deficiency and the beauty of perfection we could still remould and paint of it. In every societal setup, a touch of morality is needed to set alight order where chaos is bound to reveal its crooked face. Wisdom and human experience is profitable to guide. This is where I believe I fit in perfectly judging with my years of experience and further wide research, I have understood every organization and its work force needs a counseling unit. As everyone within a workforce interact, you realize there is an intricate pattern to both psychological and physical health. Both aspects are so delicately interwoven we could express them as the "brain'' and" the body''. Whilst a man looks physically fulfilled that may not transform into psychological balance. We all need to be inspired and encouraged, We all need someone to motivate us towards continuity; to achieve our best within and outside the work force. This luxury of having someone to share such issues with isn't always immidiately available to those bold enough to crave such. Yet these people are expected to meet a target both at work and in family affairs while it is still expected to be in consonance with time frame. |
