@deyola sum doctors prescribe clomid from CD 2 to CD7 others CD 3 to 8.....then tvs 5 days later that's CD 13 to check folicles

Please deeyola before you do a trigger cycles make sure
* u have done hssg and your tubes are patent this is to avoid d risk of ectopic pregnancies

* u have done an hormonal profile to confirm that the hindrance to ur conception is lack of ovulation hence your reason for inducing Ovulation or unexplained infertility

*Before you trigger pls do a Trans Vaginal Scan on CD 13 so you know the size of your follicles, 18mm and above is good size to trigger

Now about the trigger shot it's an HCG injection used to trigger follicles from your ovaries into your fallopian tubes for fertilization to take place
The name of the injection is - Oviidrel, Pregnyl, and Novarel to trigger.
U will ovulate about 36 hours after administering d injection it's an I'M (intramuscular)
In this period u are spose to bd like ur life depends on it hehehehe
After O u are to use progesterone suppositories just to be double sure u had all your parameters covered

@ legendsmother thnks so much,have done HSG,hormone profile,pelvic scan,HVS/MCS nd after showing all the result to my gynea,she suggest I go for hydrotubation cz the HSG indicate loculated spillage,i did the hydrotubation early this month august nd she place me on clomid DAY 2 to DAY 7. thnks I will this instructions carefully

after showing all the test to my gynea,(HSG,SFA,Hormone profile,HVS/MCS,pelvic san)she treated infection for me nd DH cz she said the didn't see any major problem with my result expect infection nd loculated spillage bt that those stop me from conceived. she now suggest I go for hydrotubation nd she will placed of on some drugs .sabi mama what's ur take on this

sabi mama,I need interpretation for this HSG test

The utrine cavity are **********  well outline with regular margin,No utrine fibroid seen.both fallopian tubes are well demostrated with bileteral loculated spillage noted due to peritoreal spillage. 

note:- where I put those stars,i didn't see the word they wrote clearly bt it's jst a single word

I need enlightenment on procedure for hormone profile test,coz am kinda confuse nw.the 1st lab I went to say they will take the 1st sample on my day 3 of menstruation, while the 2nd lab said they can take the sample anytime am ready.dont knw which one to believe.

sabi mama in house need ur opinion on this.

@ divinemandate, omiprazole is the drugs for ulcer and antacid is too

pls all the sabi sabi mothers in the house, 2 years after I don do all fertility test, my new gynea condemn all the test that they have expire nd said I shld re-do all d test so that he can review my case properly Meanwhile the previous test didn't show negative result(have post it on this site early late year)

since you said the fibriod has covered ur entire womb, I will advice you go for the surgery cz that d only best option, made up ur mind nd go for it.
