I have to say I got one of the best customer services from this guy, Osi. Of course we had an issue initially, in which I transferred a down payment of 1m for tiles bought and he claimed he didn’t get credited, which was strange to me, then we put it on possibility of internet issues on that day so we decided to wait a little

2 days after, he claimed he had not gotten the money and my bank was telling me it was successful from their end, they even sent me a transaction receipt for successfully payment so I was confused thinking I have been duped but Osi went physically to his bank to confirm, allowed me to speak to his bank officers, sent me his bank email notification of non credit, all to allay the fear of being duped in me . He kept calling me everyday morning and night, to assure me all will be well

On the 3rd day, my bank sent me an email and apologised that my transaction was not actually successfully even though they told me earlier it was successful and that my money would be reversed

Oshi….. you a good man, and am sorry to have doubted u initially or even writing on your thread that I couldn’t reach u, not knowing u were busy, reason for you not answering me on time. Remember I am human and there are so many cases of internet fraud in our dear country

U deserve 5 stars ⭐️ review if we do give on nairaland and u made me believe that we still have good people here on Nairaland . Kudos!!

Boss na south African bricks supposed be there, considering the cement design beside it unless she's just trying something not common and for beautiful view from far self should be south African bricks..... That wooden tiles will just be like kitchen wall on outside
