How Did You Get Started With Tattooing?

I started tattooing because of the love I have for art and I believe I can achieve something better through the expression of the art on skin.
My friends encourage me that I can do it better since I know how to draw very well.

Am always an Artist and Painter because of the passion and love I have for art since my childhood and I knew I wanted a career in art (somehow). I just enjoyed doing it so much. I don’t go for any tattoo lesson,I bought the machine,watch YouTube Videos and practice on my own and I finally achieved it,still working hard to be among the best.


When Did You Know You Wanted To Become A Tattoo Artist?

I knew I wanted to be a tattoo artist when I first started seeing people with tattoos that looked really nice. I guess before that, in my mind all that could be done with tattooing were simple designs. I told my self that I can do better if I add it to my career, That was a real wake up call. I immediately told myself “WOW I need to learn how to draw that well, and WOW I need to learn how to tattoo that good.”



What do you feel was one of your biggest struggles?

To be sincere,am not scared of drawing anything with tattoo,am hyper realistic artist so I can draw anything, don’t get it twisted (winks)
The only challenges I face here is mobilisation. because of my health condition, It’s so stressful travelling from different states.
I have bow legs,so I need less stress. I could say that’s the only challenges am facing in my career as a Tattoo Artist.


Do You Have A Formal Art Background?

I’m not sure why, but among some tattooers there’s definitely a feeling of animosity towards school. Tattooing isn’t your average job so you definitely don’t need any schooling at all to do it. The more you study art and pursue self-improvement in general, the more it will effect your tattooing.
I didn’t go to any high school like I said earlier,hard work,experience and my creative skills changed my entire appreciation for tattooing. The opportunity to get better and do something new opened up again for me.



How Do You Think Your Formal Art Training Has Now Affected Your Tattoo Work?

Greatly, and in a very positive way. It was like I got a whole new set of weapons to attack tattooing with. I was arrogant and thought school would be useless.
I thought I knew everything I needed to know about tattooing and I was too closed-minded. I thought anything that was different from what I was doing was wrong or shouldn’t be done.

I was completely wrong, and I wish I had gone to school earlier so I could have been practicing and studying the correct way from the start.



How Would You Describe Your Personal Artistic Style?

I Have always love drawing, web designing and Networking. I think that has manifested itself into my brain somehow.
I think tattoos look so much better when you can tell what is going on from far away and can see exactly what’s happening in the tattoo even if the person is across the street.


Which Is Your First Love: Tattooing Or Painting?

For the first time drawing has been my first but since I learned tattooing I believe that my painting skills strengthens it.
Something about tattooing is more important to me than the other forms of art, and I think the history of tattooing is what makes it more dear to my heart.


As An Art Professional/Creative, What Advice Could You Give To Others About The Field?

Stay creative in any way! In your free time don’t limit yourself to one particular area. Try something else and let that influence your tattooing, design, music or whatever it is that your doing.

I changed my attitude to constantly strive for personal growth and that has led to me becoming better at what I do. Not only that, but it’s made me appreciate what I do even more. What has helped me the most is to have a open mind. Study what you want to get better at…

How It Get Started?

"It all started when i was 5years old, my legs started bending. When I reach 7years old, I went to my first surgery at UNTH Enugu but after that I didn't see any improvement in the legs.
It gone worst as I am growing that my knees touches the ground while am walking till my ss3 first term,that was 2017.
I went to suggery at caraba about the legs and it's kinda better than it was and before our waec I managed to go school with crutches so I joined them with waec. unfortunately I made it.

After That,you know I couldn't do any Hard work because of my disability and my family are not that rich to sponsor my education but I know am multi talented. I first choose blogging as my career but later moved to art that was on 18th March 2017 last year. And I really made alot of progress from it."

How Has Your Condition Affected Your Art Career?

The Problem Am Facing Is Financial Issues, There are many art materials to be a professional but I can't afford them due to the high cost but thanks to my brothers and friends who have been supporting me all this while.

Well, I just started drawing last year 18th March 2017. So before that,i been doing online business like entrepreneurship,web designing and blogging and they been giving me little cash I used to take care of my self.

What its The Greatest Mistake You Have made?

"This is interesting fact about it. My greatest mistake was never discovering my talent on time, if I knew all I know now I would have gone higher by now.

Thanks to the people who have been there for me for me, who opened my eyes to the Hustle of this world. Without this people I would ve been nobody today because there's no hope of survival for the physically challenged in this country."

What Is Your Advise For The Youths?

"My advice for the youth is to focus more on your hidden talents and learn a handwork after secondary school, check if you can make money out of it, make it your business, project yourself into the future and see what it looks like, if it's worth it keep doing it.
The secret of business is "keep doing that same thing, as far as people keep knowing you for that same thing"

He, however, noted that despite his disability he has become who he is today because of what happened to him. He further added that he feels no regret in his life because he has learnt a lot from his challenges.

Paul Okoye Revealed How He Got To Stage On Denmark With Taking Bath.


One half of Psquare, Paul Okoye who is currently on tour in Europe just shared a story of how a cancelled flight almost led him to disappoint his fans in Copenhagen, Denmark.

He posted a picture of him and his crew sitting on the floor with their traveling bags.



He wrote,

“We almost disappointed the #firedepartment in Copenhagen last night  but God made it possible  there was only one flight from germany to Copenhagen,the flight was canceled at the last hour of 6pm.

“There was no flight, no connection flight to a nearby country and also no train…. not even a bus…we had to beg an ordinary taxi driver who decided to embark on 9hrs drive to Copenhagen by road…. guess what?

“We made it to the venue by 3am and got on stage by 3:15am….. but sha I no baff  and it was a great concert and a soldout concert for that matter…..thanks to everyone at the concert for your patience…..thank God especially for journey mercies  ….and to that driver from Pakistan  God bless you, #Angel on our way to Sweden Stockholm tonightStockholm!!! #kingrudy is coming tonight #firedepartmenteuropetour2018 ”

Top Nigerian columnist, Femi Aribisala , has shared that God is responsible for all the evil that’s happening in the world – according to him, the devil is merely the servant of God.

In a new article he just released, he wrote:

“As a Christian, life becomes a lot easier once we take God at his word. Nevertheless, many find it difficult to do so. One area of great difficulty concerns the origin of evil.





Christians find it difficult to believe the God who is love is behind all the evil we see in this world? We would rather be diplomatic and attribute it all to the devil. However, the devil is merely the servant of God.

God says categorically he is the author of evil: “I form the light and create darkness, I make peace and create evil; I, the Lord, do all these things.” (Isaiah 45:7).

Amos echoes this: “If there is calamity in a city, will not the Lord have done it? (Amos 3:6). Nothing good or bad happens outside of the will of God. The devil initiates nothing.

He only does what God permits. (Job 1:6-12). “Who can speak and have it happen if the Lord has not decreed it? Is it not from the mouth of the Most High that both calamities and good things come? (Lamentations 3:37-38).

Thus, Job asks his wife: “Shall we indeed accept good from God, and shall we not accept adversity?” (Job 2:10).

Indeed, God takes issues with those inclined to limit him to one-dimension: “It shall come to pass at that time that I will search Jerusalem with lamps, and punish the men who are settled in complacency, who say in their heart, ‘The LORD will not do good, nor will he do evil.’” (Zephaniah 1:12).“

As President Muhammadu Buhari begins his official visit to the United States of America on Sunday (today), the Peoples Democratic Party has drawn the attention of President Donald Trump to alleged constitutional and human rights violations in Nigeria.

Also, the National Chairman of the party, Mr. Uche Secondus, on Saturday, accused Buhari of running a “police state”, warning that clamping down on those with opposing views was capable of truncating democracy and PDP tells Donald Trump Caution Buhari

Addressing journalists at a press conference on the state of the nation in Abuja, the spokesman for the party, Mr. Kola Ologbondiya, urged Trump to stand up for democracy and take Buhari to task on constitutional and human rights violations in Nigeria under his watch.

Lamenting that the nation had become a police state,  he said Buhari had taken the country back to what it was in 1984, when the military under Buhari, took over the government violently.

Ologbondiyan said Buhari’s administration had destroyed the nation’s democratic order and eroded constitutionally- guaranteed rights of citizens, while foisting a siege mentality on the people.

He said, “Nigeria is facing a perilous time; our constitution has been technically suspended; we have now become a police state; governance has reverted to the nightmares of the 1984 era, when draconian leaders held sway and forcefully held our people under the grips of military Decree 2.

“Currently, there is a total collapse of respect for constitutionally-guaranteed personal freedom. There is no regard for the natural course of justice, life in Nigeria is gradually returning to the state of nature and there is fear everywhere.

“Today, Nigerians are being hounded, arrested and directly detained on ‘order from above’, without warrant. Citizens are locked up in dehumanising detention centres without access to medical care and legal assistance just for holding political opinions that run contrary to the views of those in power at the centre.”

Citing the recent United States Department of States report, which alleged cases of extreme human rights violations under the Buhari administration, Ologbondiyan called on Trump to ask Buhari questions on the way he runs his government.

He added, “Indeed, the height of human rights abuse being witnessed in our country today is the worst in our national contemporary history.

“As we speak, government’s inaction and aloofness have led to escalation of killings in Benue, Taraba, Adamawa, Kogi, Kaduna, Borno, Yobe, Nasarawa, Edo, Zamfara, Ekiti and Enugu by insurgents and marauders, who are having a field day as the Presidency has abandoned governance for 2019 reelection bid.”

Secondus, in a statement by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr. Ike Aboyi, said nobody “is safe again in Nigeria under President Buhari. “

The PDP chairman, however, said Nigerians would never surrender their sovereignty to an individual.

He added, “Legislators are not safe, judges are living and working in fear; the media are being harassed, security agencies have all become tools of oppression for the government. Dictatorial signs are all over the place, threatening our democracy.”

Meanwhile, American companies in Nigeria have advised that infrastructure development and intelligence on counter-terrorism should be part of the agenda of Buhari’s meeting with his US counterpart.

The companies are operating under the auspices of the American Business Council, an affiliate of the US Chamber of Commerce.

…Why we’re going after illegal varsities – Magu
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has disclosed that it has recovered N28 billion from tax defaulters on behalf of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).
In a statement signed by the spokesman of the commission, Mr. Wilson Uwujaren and made available to The Daily Times, the commission pledged its support to the agency and other agencies, organisations or individuals in fighting corruption for the purpose of moving the nation forward.
Meanwhile, the Executive Chairman of the FIRS, Mr Babatunde Fowler, who lauded the EFCC for helping to recover the money, said, “through the intervention of the EFCC, the agency has been experiencing high level of tax compliance and it’s yielding positive results’’.
“When tax defaulters are reported and invited to your office (EFCC), we see results, we don’t know how you do it, but we are seeing results and people are complying,” Fowler added.
He said the FIRS alone could not curtail the activities of tax evaders without the collaboration of other national and international agencies such as the EFCC.
The FIRS boss emphasised the need to strengthen the existing collaboration and synergy between the two agencies and reiterated that his organisation would explore every other means backed by law to ensure that taxes are paid and not diverted.
According to him, if taxes are paid, funds will be available for the government to provide the infrastructure needed for the socio-economic well-being of the citizenry.
In another development, the acting Chairman of the EFCC, Mr. Ibrahim Magu, has said that the Commission will beam its anti-corruption searchlight on illegal universities operating in the country.
Magu said the agency is ready to save parents and unsuspecting students desirous of university admissions the agony of falling prey into the hands of operators of unaccredited universities.
He said it is highly unfortunate that many Nigerian youths have had their hopes dashed after graduating with unrecognised certificates from such mushroom institutions.
Magu stated this on Tuesday when he played host to the Executive Secretary of the National Universities Commission (NUC), Prof. Abubakar Rasheed, in his office Abuja.
The EFCC boss urged the NUC to play its role in protecting the future of the students.
He said, “We are working on the scholarship vis-a-vis course on anti-corruption in the universities. We are mobilising everybody and the university is very key to the right against corruption”.
On his own part, the NUC boss said he was proud to associate with Magu’s sterling performance.
He added that it was refreshing that Magu has changed the narrative of war against corruption,
He said NUC will partner with EFCC to rid the university system of corruption.
The NUC boss said, “During your visit, certain issues came up. Curriculum and the inclusion of anti-corruption issue to pass the message to undergraduates.
“We are reviewing the curriculum of universities and waiting for necessary inputs from stakeholders. We will come out with curriculum that will include anti-corruption matters.
“We are also working on having a course in the universities curriculum where students must sit and pass the course.
“Another issue during your visit to NUC – partnership. NUC has developed a draft on Cyber Security Crimes and we seek EFCC inputs and we will come up with the final copy later in the year. We also seek EFCC inputs in forensic investigation.”
Prof. Rasheed said the decision of the EFCC to sponsor students to pursue a course relevant to the mandate of the EFCC will advertise the agency.
He said one major problems the NUC is the lack of prosecutorial power to deal with the menace of illegal universities awarding fake degrees, saying that the NUC needs the support of the EFCC in curbing the negative trend.

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of agencies in the Federal Ministries of Health, Information and Culture, Education, Power, Works, and Housing, and Resident Electoral Commissioners in the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
This development was contained in a statement issued by Mr Lawrence Ojabo, the director press in the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr Boss Mustapha.
The SGF urged them to revive the agencies in the delivery on their mandates through a renewed commitment to transparency, accountability, and service delivery with integrity.
The appointments include Dr. Abdulkareem Jika Yusuf as the medical director Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Kaduna, Kaduna State on the initial term of four years with effect from 8th April 2018; Dr. Abubakar Musa as the Medical Director, Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Nguru, Yobe State;
Dr. AbdullahiIbrahim was appointed as the medical director, FMC, Azare, Bauchi State; Dr. Nasir Ibrahim Umar is the medical director National Obstetric Fistula Centre Bauchi State; Dr. Iliasu Adeagbo Ahmed was made the medical director, FMC, Owo, Ondo State and Dr. Aliyu Muhammad El-ladan is the medical director national obstetric fistula centre,Katsina, Katsina state.
In the Federal Ministry of Information and Culture Dr. (Mrs) Stella Morounmubo Oyedepo was appointed as theGeneral-Manager, Lagos State National Theatre while the Federal Ministry of Education had Dr. Baba DavidDanjuma as the rector, Federal Poyltechnic, Idah, Kogi State while Dr. Usman M. Kallamu was appointed as the rector Federal Polytechnic, Damaturu , Yobe State

Meanwhile, under the Ministry of Power, Works and Housing, Usman Gur Mohammed is appointed as the Managing – Director, Transmission Company of Nigeria, (TCN) while the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has Dr. Emmanuel Alex Hart as the Resident Electoral Commissioner; Mohammed Magaji Ibrahim was appointed the Resident Electoral Commissioner while Dr Cyril Omorogbe is the Resident Electoral Commissioner and Dr Uthman Abdulrahman Ajidaba is the Resident Electoral Commissioner.

Meanwhile, President Muhammad Buhari has requested the Senate to confirm his nomination of 23 persons into the board of the National Population Commission (NPC), 2 new non- legal practitioners as members of the Federal Judicial Service Commission (FJSC) and one National Commissioner for the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The President’s letters seeking parliamentary approval for these nominations were read at plenary on Tuesday by the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki.
In a letter dated March 27, 2018, President Buhari had in accordance with the provisions of Section 154(1) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended) forwarded to the Senate for confirmation, names of 23 nominees representing their respective states at the National Population Commission.
The nominees for the NPC board are; Nwanne Johnny Nwabuisi (Abia), Dr. Clifford T.O.Zirra (Adamawa), Mr. Chidi Christopher Ezeoje (Anambra), Barr. Issa Audu Buratai (Borno), Navy Captain Charles Iyam Ogwa (rtd) (Cross River).

Orders Appropriation Committee to submit Budget Report next week
…There will be no more extension of time for committees- Saraki
The Senate is set to finally pass the N8.612 trillion 2018 budget in April after a long delay as the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has ordered the Appropriation Committee to tidy up pending reports from all committees latest by Friday for final submission to the Upper chamber next week.
The Senate has of late been receiving bashing from different segments of the Nigerian public over delay in passing the 2018 Budget, while it resolved just last week to take steps towards redeeming its pubic image.
Since December last year, different committees of the Senate have been working on the Budget, meeting with heads of ministries and agencies which defended their budgets, after presentation by President Muhammadu Buhari on November 7, 2017.
Saraki, during Tuesday’s brief Plenary said: “The Chairman Appropriation Committee should please ensure that by Friday this week, collections of reports from various committees’ ends.
“There should be no more extension for that purpose because the appropriation committee itself, must submit its report to the Senate unfailingly next week”.
Earlier, Chairman of the Appropriation Committee, Senator Danjuma Goje (APC, Gombe Central), had made an announcement on the floor of the Senate via a letter on extension of time for submission of reports by the various committees to Friday.
The two chambers of the National Assembly had before embarking on the Easter break on Thursday, March 29, 2018, fixed April 24 for passage of the budget.

Facebook ( FB.O) Chief Executive Mark Zuckerberg’s No. 1 mission during his appearance before U.S. lawmakers on Tuesday and Wednesday will be to defend against calls to regulate internet-based companies.
The prospect of new laws that restrict Facebook and other internet companies, however, is extremely unlikely not only because of a lack of political will and the effective lobbying of technology companies but because few lawmakers want to grapple with the sheer complexity of the technical issues involved.
Zuckerberg is scheduled to testify before a joint hearing of the Senate Commerce and Judiciary Committees.
He is confronting combined outrage over how Russia used Facebook to spread divisive political propaganda during the 2016 U.S. presidential election and how Facebook seemed unaware that a political consultancy, Cambridge Analytica, improperly harvested personal data of about 87 million Facebook users, most of them Americans.
Senator Bill Nelson, the top Democrat on the Senate Commerce Committee, said on Monday that while he believed new regulation was needed in the face of Facebook’s twin scandals, he did not expect anything substantive to happen.

He attributed that in part to the format for Tuesday’s joint hearing before the Senate’s Commerce and Judiciary committees that will give Zuckerberg an advantage, saying it would favor spectacle over thoughtful dialogue.
“How in the world can you have 44 senators do a hearing that has a lot of substance when each senator only has four minutes?” Nelson asked reporters on Monday.
Senator Dianne Feinstein, the top Democrat on the Judiciary Committee, told reporters after speaking with 33-year-old Zuckerberg, that he “was a very nice young man” who “obviously knows what he’s doing and has a very pleasant personality.”
PRIVACY ADVOCATES OUTNUMBERED
White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders declined to say on Monday if new regulations were needed. “I don’t have a specific policy announcement on that front, but I think we’re all looking forward to that testimony.”
Republicans are generally against more corporate regulation and they are not persuaded that tech companies need more of it. “I don’t want to hurt Facebook. I don’t want to regulate them half to death,” said Republican Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana, a member of the Judiciary Committee “But we have a problem. Our promised digital utopia has minefields in it.”
Companies that have been victimized by computer hacks have been accused by lawmakers of failing to take adequate security measures to protect their customers’ personal information.
Senior executives from a host of companies including Target Corp ( TGT.N), Alphabet’s Google ( GOOGL.O), United Airlines [UALCO.UL] and Equifax ( EFX.N), have testified before Congress on a variety of issues including network security and walked away with little more than a scolding and a temporary dip in stock price.
Powerful lobbying forces assemble against any effort to convert public and political outrage into regulation, privacy advocates have said. Facebook spent $1.35 million on lobbying in 2011 and six years later spent $11.5 million, according to data maintained by the Center for Responsive Politics.
“People have this idea that we are going to pass omnibus privacy legislation and it is going to be a silver bullet,” said Alvaro Bedoya, a former congressional aide who worked on privacy issues for former Senator Al Franken. “The reality is lobbyists outnumber consumer privacy advocates in Washington 20 to 1 or 30 to 1.”
Instead of major regulatory changes, lawmakers in Congress have offered narrowly focused legislation.
The Honest Ads Act, for instance, aims to address concerns about foreign nationals covertly purchasing ads on social media to influence American politics. It would require political ads on the internet to reveal who paid for them, much the same as ads on television and radio. It legislation has been stalled since its introduction last October, although Facebook endorsed it on Friday.
Congress did pass legislation last month that chipped away at the 1996 Communications Decency Act, which for decades has guarded internet-based companies from liability for what users post on their platforms.
The legislation, which is expected to be signed into law this week by U.S. President Donald Trump, was aimed at penalizing operators of websites that facilitate online sex trafficking. Internet companies have expressed worry that it could be the first step toward dismantling decades of a hands-off regulatory approach by Washington.
Technology industry officials said they also expected Zuckerberg’s testimony to be long on political point scoring and short on legislative ideas.
“They don’t understand ad targeting and they will probably ask him a bunch of unrelated questions that play to their respective political bases,” said one technology industry source, who spoke on condition on anonymity because his company had not authorized him to speak on the matter for the record.
“So Democrats will ask about monopolies and Republicans will ask about anti-conservative bias in Silicon Valley.”

Police say they saw an object in Stephan Clark ’s hand before firing 20 bullets that killed him in his own yard Sunday night in Sacramento , with the disturbing moment made public through body camera footage released Wednesday night.
The two officers were responding to a 911 call about a man breaking vehicle windows .
Body camera video released by the Sacramento Police Department depicts a frantic foot pursuit through darkened streets pierced by white slivers of police flashlight . The officers spot Clark approaching a house .
“Show me your hands . Stop! Stop!” He runs . The two officers round the corner of the house and find Clark under a covered patio .

An infrared camera on an overhead helicopter briefly loses the sightline of Clark at this moment .
“Show me your hands ! Gun !” an officer shouts, and ducks back behind the wall in a fraction of a second .
The helicopter footage shows one of the officers appearing to grab his partner to pull him to cover.
Clark , who is black, is shown taking a step or two toward the officers . Behind the wall , an officer issues another command . “Show me your hands !” And then instantly : “Gun , gun, gun!”
Both officers engaged in rapid fire . Sparks from the impact of the bullets light up the helicopter ’s infrared camera in sharp white pops.
The sequence , from first glimpse of Clark on the patio to the first gunshot , is about six seconds . The officers never identify themselves as police . Clark died at the scene.
“He was at the wrong place at the wrong time in his own back yard ?” his grandmother , Sequita Thompson , told the Sacramento Bee . “C ’mon now , they didn ’t have to do that .”
Police said the man they believed was breaking windows was the same man they killed in a hail of gunfire , identified as a man over six feet tall , the Sacramento Police Department said Monday .
Authorities have yet to identify Clark as the suspect or victim , but Thompson and family members identified him to media using variations of his name , Stephon and Stephan .
Thompson disputes the police ’s version of events . Her grandson was short , she said in a video produced by the Bee . She believes another suspect was smashing windows , but Clark was in her back yard at the wrong time .
The doorbell is broken, and family members tap on the back window for someone to open the garage door , the family told the newspaper . Clark was staying at his grandmother ’s at the time .
Gunfire startled her that night.
“The only thing that I heard was pow, pow, pow , pow, and I got to the ground ,” she said in the video . She said she began to suspect the police description of a dead person in her yard was a member of the family.
“I told the officers , ‘You guys are murderers . Murderers ,’ ” Thompson cried out in the video . “You took him away from his kids . ” He had two young sons , Cairo and Aiden , the family said , and a fiancee , Salena Manni , the Associated Press reported .

Thompson did not return a request for comment .
The narrative of the Sunday night shooting released by authorities tells a short , grim story .
The helicopter observed a suspect picking up a “toolbar ” and breaking a window to a house after 9 p .m Sunday night . The Bee reported it was the sliding glass door belonging to a neighbor . The suspect then ran and looked into a car , authorities said .
Police in the helicopter guided police on the ground to the front yard of Thompson ’s house as Clark was coming from the back. They met in the middle .
How many times Clark was struck is unknown, pending the investigation . The officers are on paid administrative leave as it unfolds, authorities said .
Sacramento police Detective Eddie Macauley did not immediately know Wednesday what model of weapon the police used, or if the 10 rounds they each fired was the entire capacity of their magazines.

Some factors may affect how and if police render aid to someone they shoot , such as if they are resisting or if police think a weapon is present , Macauley told The Washington Post.
The officers do not appear to be be fearful of an attack once Clark was down. He wasn ’t moving , an officer notes . One officer , in no clear urgency to replenish his ammunition , waits a minute and a half before he reloads .
“Sir , can you move?” an arriving officer calls into the night at Clark minutes after the shooting , telling him they cannot help unless they know he does not have a weapon.

Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg in a statement Wednesday night offered his condolences to Clark ’s family and said he was “heartbroken ” for the city .

“The questions raised by the community and council members are appropriate and must be answered during the investigation ,” Steinberg wrote .

“As soon as they did the command , they started shooting . They said ‘Put your hands up , gun ’ and then they just let loose on my nephew ,” said Clark ’s aunt Saquois Durham, the Bee reported .

A man started a fire that killed three young sisters over an alleged failed sex deal, prosecutors have said.

Reginald Hester, 51, gave a video confession admitting to starting the early morning blaze at the apartment block in Chicago

The Chicago Tribune reports that a woman living in the building had allegedly taken his$10 for sex and then refused to honour the deal. In anger, Hester is believed to have lit two fires, according to Cook County prosecutors.Intense flames and heavy smoke trapped many residents in their apartments and prevented rescuers from reaching victims. Several people jumped from windows while others were freed by firefighters on ladders.

The fire claimed the lives of three young sisters and their neighbour. Baby Melanie Watson, aged three months, died from head injuries sustained when her father, Michael, jumped from a third-floor window with her inhis arms.

The infant's sisters, four-year-old Madison Watson and Shaniya Staples, aged seven, were found dead in a hallway and living room of their third-floor apartment. Next-door neighbour, Kirk Johnson, 56, was also found dead in his home.Judge Peggy Chiampas ordered Hester to be held without bond on four counts of first-degree murder and two counts of aggravated arson.
