Ur farm location/distance and control/monitoring measures will determine the outcome of the business. Not the crop or season. As a new farmer or new resident, 80% of Ur visitors are out to eat your resources up, in the name of "consultation" or "work". Be careful , there's money in farm but there's no love in the bush. |
kedeojo:Alongside few friends of past CBN governors and certain past AMCON bigwigs. From Societe Generale, to spring, to enterprise, to heritage, and next to..... Ur guess? In Nigeria, u can borrow 50bn and acquire a defective bank or telecom worth 500bn, and after 8years it will be worth -26bn, and you will be walking around as a billionaire, simply because u have connections |
Does this apology give them immunity from service failure and financial crime ligation? Not just them, but all the Discos, despite not having ability nor intention to sustain, they indiscriminately transfer most users to band A , very greedy set of people! |
Mom007:Goat, sense far from you |
Mom007:Shut up and displaying ridiculous half intelligence in public space! |
Where is AirNigeria on the list? |
In4matic:Leave matter! There were toll-gates and mobile police stops along the road! And everyone then stops at different points to refill, trade, or enjoy one or two things along the trip! Even if u were an ambulance carrying corpse, you can't do Lagos Benin in 2hrs. There were even bad portions on the road as of then too. Even if it were Lamborghini, u can't fly in any Nigerian interstate roads in southern Nigeria then due to the nature and seasons. Let us face the facts! Road wey bolekaja trucks dey fall steady wey back then? Haba! |
It was very fast then, but anything less than 3hrs is a bit an exaggeration. I did the trip countless times with my dad in the late 80s on Passat and later 505. There were several active toll-gates and even Mobile police checkpoints. More over travelling was great joy then, who did that in a mad haste? With all the several fruits, palmy and bushmeat stops littered along ore? Except you were a 505 ambulance |
ProjectsCityNG:hope Ur farm is insured against agro loss, and also secured against farm thieves. Wish u a bumper harvest |
Light brain turns big investment into heavy liability. Ekiti money miss road |
With looted funds, nothing is expensive. If you have people in positions, u will understand why the magnitude and intensity was Skyhigh under the last administration. It's plenty! |
Dint watch the video, but airpeace comes to mind, because Presently in the Nigerian aerospace, The bigger your routes and operations, the messier Ur reputation and efficiency. Though it's a general sectoral problem from inefficient agencies down to drastically reduced flyers. Most airlines won't tell you but if they want to keep to time and schedule, they'l fly most routes almost empty. |
Vagabonds at the gate. |
Which millions of euro him pay? Haba |
EmekaBlue:Kai, weytin be this? You Don craze this early morning |
OPM! Well-done sir! |
Product of national waste and misplaced priority! |
What sort of press statement is this? I guess it was composed in a nightclub |
sulakishop:Most people don't realise this, unfortunately it's the truth, tested and confirmed across various handsets. |
KingAzubuike:For why Na? "Abandoned vehicle" with fully inflated tires under this APC era? This one Na parked vehicle. |
So sad! It's strange how a ten year old will be unable to unlock this particular civics door. Probably broken accessories I guess |
IGBO THIS! IGBO THAT!, MUST EVERYTHING BE TRIBALISED? better go n look up the recent ownership structure of SEPLAT before talking aimlessly |
Stop hating, different people have different choices, whatever tickles Ur fancy and u afford it, who's headache is that? 11million cost reach some secondhand Wrist Watch? Abeg make Una face front allow the seller do his business in peace. Nice ride op, but use this argument energy to snap and upload better photos of different angles. |
Find a vetinary shop near your fast! |
Nigerians are naturally loud, screaming is free ![]() |
Good move! Just as in the days of old before the Americans bastardized the whole thing! All fiat currency will eventually go to zero. It is outright robbery for central banks to just print notes not backed by anything. More like a sophisticated Morden day slavery. They use inflation , tax and paper notes to suck Ur blood. This isn't about Zim, but a long overdue new Global order reset! |
ArcSEMPECJ:Lol, English compression wahala |
A man's Grandmother's passing away in front page. |
Must every issue be resolved by demolition? Can't there be out of court resolution too? Who are the directors that sold the land? Are they accountable? Have all the avenues been exploited? For The foolish victim and his relative playing ethnic card, what tribe is the minister? The foolishness of this demolition approach knows no bounds walahi. |
Persistent Hunger is a disease. It affects mind and body. Whatever the situation, no matter how bad it hits you, please try and eat well before posting on nairaland |
Asphalt is better for cost, and lesser pressure on housing sector. Effective Rail networks is a must for any asphalt road to last beyond a year or two. Unfortunately we don't get it right in this country when it comes to development planning. Concrete will bring more associated problems while only asphalt will continue to fail due to truck overloads. The devil and the deep sea |
Child's play compared to the top Nigerian GOs. This amount is what they squeeze out from their elite members on a monthly or quarterly basis alone. This is only $4.5m monthly There is a pastor I know too well that grosses over $100m on his birthday contributions alone. Cash contributions oh, not cars or houses. |
