Abagworo: Whether stolen or not, investing massively in Bayelsa is a good thing in my own law which is "if you invest 100% of your stolen wealth in exact same place it was stolen from, then it is no longer stolen but illegitimate investment" . Such a person can go tojail for a short period of time but his investments will not be confiscated. If all Nigerian past leaders invested their loot in Nigeria, then we would have been more advanced than Dubai.
