If the webmaster is smart that is. Even if they dont have a backup of the old site, what does it take to download a copy for local testing, or copying to a subdomain for testing?

What i was trying to say was that there was much hardcoding in what i did. Fine it worked, but the code is rather too rough and complicated.

Take a look at this line:

[save.bat] - i had some issues, so i had to put that is a batch file because i had issues running that command in c++

The search result u see would tell u that they don't host songs on their site. They tap songs from other sites that do not block hotlinking of their songs.

My site hosting plan is unlimited and some songs are in my domain, why many are in other domains. If any powerful music site host songs on their domain, the site would be slow and for other reasons. This other domains have special dedicated servers and files are deleted after 30 days, they also have powerful layers. Sites like mp3-skull do the same thing beemp3 does.
