Until you have sorted your buggy filter or seek for external help to get it sorted, I will be using text-to-image methods to make ALL the few posts I have to make on Nairaland. If that's going to piss you off end your miseries (before they start) by permanently banning me. Ford, I posted an explanation as to why localhost isn't working for you but tht was chopped off by some maliciousware.

Nope it is no joke:

The disruption of business started from:
1. Seun: He made censorship for nairaland because of google
Me: I bypassed spambot censorship - Ban - Gbam
2. Me: I made the nairaland spam killer
Easiest way still - to bypass the stupid spam bot
Seun: He asked me to disable it, so i did (then)
3. Seun: He reduced the views of all posts on nairaland
to half except his post
Me: I wrote a script that can counter that nonsense

One positive thing here is that:
Seun has tried his best to send me off nairaland permanently for a long time,
he studied for a long time - the method i used for spamming nairaland with fake
IDs, and was able to block it.
Not knowing that i have other methods in store (so in a way, he sees me as some
kinda threat).

Result: Permanent Ban

On a site update i was working on just now, i was using number format,
but it does not show the kobo area.
And the php money_format does not work on my wamp server,
i spent about a minute or two looking for solution, and came up with this.

For now, i prefer to write codes that will keep the roof over my head. I have tried so many times to collaborate
in the past, it just does not work out fine.

Yes, it is very true - @omo_to_dun you should not generalize. Some of my past projects are quite
fantastic - and even some recent ones - but for security purposes, i cannot announce them in
public or even dare put them on my portfolio.

And yes, i was waiting for the Mr Nairalive to come and speak for himself. We have some other
webmasters here (that are still my Ogas anytime in coding - but they dont come out to make
noise like most of us)

Very very interesting. This thread has in fact pointed out to the weakness of many developers here on nairaland.

But @op, i do not actually believe your statement covers for everyone. Actually, i know some nairalanders (rather
quiet ones that have actually done some of these stuffs - but they are not based in Naija - and they dont come here
to beat their chests like many people here do).

Anyway, i will not say much at this time, but some of my ongoing projects will prove you wrong very soon.
But for now, i will rather keep quiet and keep coding.

But i should quickly mention that - many developers that use cms (me inclusive) - just do so to save time. I can cover
loads of grounds that way.

Using frameworks and cmses have their pros and cons. However, if you wish to code from the scratch, you have to do
it excellently.

@op, you need to write some php codes and then some sql queries to run inside your php codes.
MySQL is (as them programmers will say) - a middleware application. . .
